  4. On each pancake, on the fried side, put part (1 tablespoon) of the filling and wrap the product in any convenient way (roll or envelope).

  • 3 eggs;
  • 30 milliliters of sunflower oil;
  • 100 grams of flour.

  • 250 grams of fat cottage cheese;
  • 35 grams of sugar;
  • 50 grams of raisins.

With cottage cheese and apple filling

  • 75 grams of sugar;
