  • Flour - 0.5 kg;
  • Sugar - 4 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • Soda - ½ teaspoon;
  • Salt - 2 pinches.

Cooking:

  1. Take a large bowl in which it will be convenient to knead the dough and beat eggs into it. Beat them well with a fork or whisk. If possible, use a mixer, this will greatly speed up the process.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and then salt. Mix everything again.
  3. Pour kefir into a small saucepan and place it on a small fire. A few minutes will be enough for the kefir to warm up.
  4. Add warm (not hot) kefir to the eggs. Whisk the dough with a whisk until smooth.
  5. Sift the flour and add it to the dough. Beat thoroughly with a mixer. It is better to add flour in small portions so that lumps do not form. For example, first add only half a glass of flour to the dough, stir everything, then another half a glass, and so on until you drop all 2 cups. The dough should be uniform, so do not be lazy. Otherwise, thin pancakes will not work, this is one of the most difficult stages.
  6. The mass will be thick (like pancakes), so add boiled water to the dough. First you need to pour cool boiling water into a glass and add soda to it, it should completely dissolve in water.
  7. Add water to the dough in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  8. Pour a little vegetable oil (about 4 tablespoons) into the dough and beat again. Send the dough to infuse for 30 minutes. Let it rest at room temperature.
  9. When the dough is ready, put the pan on the gas. Be sure to warm it up well, otherwise the pancakes will be unfried and without holes. Many housewives make this mistake, and the first pancakes have to be thrown away.
  10. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, wait for it to heat, and only then pour in the dough.
  11. Take the soup ladle and put the dough into it, it should be a bit - about half of the soup ladle.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 0.25 L;
  • Butter - 50 g;
  • Kefir - 0.25 L;
  • Salt - 1 pinch;
  • Cocoa - 3-4 tbsp. spoons (can be replaced with tiled chocolate);
  • Boiled water - 0.5 cups;
  • Egg - 2 pieces;
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • Flour - 0.5 kg.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the milk and let it cool completely.
  2. In a small bowl, combine cocoa and sugar. Add butter to them and fill all these components with boiling water. Mix everything very carefully with a mixer.
  3. Add cold milk to the mass and whisk again with a mixer.
  4. Pour warmed kefir into a large bowl, mix it with eggs.
  5. Add a little salt to kefir and whisk everything again. Salt in the recipe is necessary, as it reveals sugar.
  6. Pour the chocolate mass into the dough.
  7. Sift the flour and add it to the dough, stirring constantly. Add the baking powder to the dough and beat everything gently again so that the dough does not have lumps.
  8. Leave the finished dough to rest, not less than 20 minutes.
  9. Beat the dough thoroughly before cooking.
  10. Oil a hot pan. It is enough to do this only once and before subsequent pancakes the pan will not have to be lubricated.

  3. Add salt and soda to kefir, add sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Gradually introduce flour (previously sifted). Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  5. Pour boiling water over the dough with a thin stream.
  6. The last ingredient will be oil. Pour it in and beat everything with a mixer again.
  7. Heat a pancake pan well over high heat. It should be very hot, so even if you are sure that the pan is hot, let it heat for a few more minutes.
  8. Pour the dough into the pan. This can be done with a bottle, then there will be no dripped drops, and the pancakes will turn out smooth.

  3. Pour boiling water into the dough and beat 1 egg in the mixture. Hot water quickly cools due to other cold components (kefir, sugar, etc.), so do not be afraid that the egg can boil.
  4. Pour flour into the dough. Add it in small portions and beat slowly to avoid lumps. If you will do this with a mixer, then just set the lowest speed. The dough is ready, you can start frying the pancakes.
  5. Pour the sunflower oil onto a hot pan and evenly distribute it over the entire surface using a silicone brush.
  6. Use a ladle to spread the dough in the middle of the pan and rotate the dough over the entire surface with turning movements.
  7. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Now we are going to prepare the filling. Turn on the oven 180 degrees, so that by the time of baking it was already in a preheated state.
