  7. The prepared stomach is filled with filling, sutured and placed in a large pan with 5 l of broth.
  8. The dish is prepared for 3 hours and served hot.

Important! In the process of heat treatment of the product, cook the pork heart should be on low heat.

Hearty Pork Heart Goulash

To serve delicious goulash for dinner, which can be used as an independent dish, you need:

  • heart;
  • 3 carrots and onions;
  • 2 pcs. bell pepper;
  • 200 ml of meat broth;
  • sunflower oil;

  • greens;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt and spices.

When implementing a recipe:

  1. To make the dish soft, the processed heart is pre-boiled in salted water with spices.
  2. The main ingredient is boiled for 2 hours over low heat.
  3. Mushrooms are cut into plates, which are fried until golden brown.
  4. Onions are cut into rings, which are sent to the pan and, after 5 minutes, are supplemented with cubes of tomato and a boiled heart.
  5. After 7 minutes, chopped greens are sent to the contents of the dishes.
  6. After adding mushrooms, the constituent dishes are fried for another 5 minutes, poured with sour cream, salted and seasoned to taste.
