By prescription you will need:

  • apples - 2 - 3 pcs.;
  • flour - 0.5 kg;
  • yeast - 1 tsp;
  • milk - 250 ml;
  • sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp. l (in the dough) and 5 tbsp. l (to the filling);
  • egg;
  • butter and vegetable oil - 2 tbsp each. l .;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • water - 2 - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, vanillin - a small pinch.

You can make buns with apples from yeast dough like this:

  1. Put the yeast, a spoonful of flour and sugar in a small container, pour everything in half a glass of milk, mix and leave for half an hour in a warm place under a towel.
  2. In another bowl, mix the egg with sugar using a mixer or whisk. Pour in the remaining milk and both types of butter.
  3. Separately combine flour with vanilla and salt.
  4. Add the dough and the egg-sugar mixture. Knead the dough until it sticks to your hands. Leave for a couple of hours.
  5. For the filling, peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into small cubes or slices. Put the workpiece in a heat-resistant dish with a thick bottom, sprinkle with sugar, pour water and lemon juice. Simmer until tender.
  6. Divide the rising dough into three parts, each roll out to 0.5 cm thick, divide the resulting circle into another 4 parts in diameter.
  7. Make small cuts on the sides of the resulting triangles, put the filling in the center. Wrap the edges so that an openwork mesh forms on top.
  8. Put the buns on a baking sheet, decorate, greasing with a beaten egg. If desired, sprinkle with nuts, sesame seeds or choose another decoration.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. The temperature is 200 degrees.

As the filling in this recipe, you can use pears, plums, apricots. As an alternative to the classic filling with fresh fruits - apple jam or jam.

Tasty cinnamon treat

Spice lovers can’t imagine apple cakes without cinnamon. Below is another version of buns made on the same universal yeast dough.

  • flour - for rolling;

Beautiful buns are prepared according to the method:

  1. According to the first recipe, prepare the dough with yeast, give it a rest.
  2. Peel the apples, grate finely, trying not to grab the core.
  3. Pour the puree with lemon juice, add sugar and spices.
  4. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 parts, roll out. The diameter of each cake is 20 cm, the thickness is 0.2 - 0.3 cm. Make four cuts along the radius, not slightly cutting to the center. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle. It is more convenient to initially roll it into a ball.

Buns are prepared as follows:

  1. Combine flour, spices, yeast, sugar, and orange zest in a large bowl. Thoroughly mix the resulting composition with a whisk.
  2. In a saucepan, mix butter with milk, add orange juice. Hold the mixture on the stove, but do not overheat (maximum - 40 - 45 degrees).
  3. Apple cut across. Cut one half into small cubes, set aside the second.
  4. Remove the mixture from butter and milk from the heat, quickly beat the egg in, stir thoroughly with a whisk.

  3. Peel the apples, grate, mix with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Strain, drain excess liquid and cool.
  4. Roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle. If there is a deficit in the working surface, place two blanks. Lubricate them liberally with oil and lay out the filling in a thin layer. Gently roll, roll it into 8 - 10 parts.
