Ingredients: 2 ripe tomatoes, chicken breast, 3 tbsp. l olive oil and low-fat sour cream, 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 8–9 leaves of basil, 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, salt, garlic to taste.

  1. In large ripe tomatoes, the tops are cut with a sharp knife. A soft spoon is cleaned out of them with a small spoon.
  2. The breast is boiled until tender, chopped into cubes, mixed with chopped oregano leaves and garlic.

Ingredients: half a pound of chicken and green beans, red and yellow bell peppers, large purple onion, 20 ml of high-quality olive oil, 40 ml of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, salt.
