  1. We wash the meat under running water, wait until the excess liquid escapes or wipe it with a kitchen towel. Cut with a very sharp knife across the fibers into 4 portioned pieces.
  2. To add extra softness to each piece, we first beat, and then dip the pork in the marinade (ketchup, wine vinegar and granulated sugar).
  3. The exposure time depends on the thickness of the piece and averages from 30 to 60 minutes. Never salt meat while pickling. Otherwise, it will give all its juices ahead of time and turn dry.
  4. While we prepare the batter, simply whisking the whisk with milk and egg. Add salt to this.
  5. Reaching each chop, lower it into this liquid, and then immediately roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. We spread the meat on a baking sheet, which is pre-greased with oil. You can also simply cover the sheet with parchment paper or foil.

We send the blanks to the hot oven for about half an hour. During this time, the pieces can be rotated to get uniform frying on both sides.

The second method involves the presence of vegetables that will give their juice, thereby preventing the pork from becoming dry.

For cooking, we need:

  • pork tenderloin - 600 g;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • bulb;
  • carrot;
  • spice;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l

The meat preparation is the same as in the first case, but we will use lemon juice as a marinade.

  1. Immediately add spices to it, except salt, and put in a cold place for 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel and chop the vegetables.
  2. We spread portioned pieces on a baking sheet, on top of each we spread carrots and onions, salt. Cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cooking time will be needed as much as for chopped breadcrumbs, but you should not turn them over.

French meat

As you know, they came up with this dish in our country, and it is very popular. It is prepared for the holidays, and just for dinner.

Prepare:

  • half a kilogram of pork pulp;
  • the same amount of potatoes;
  • 2 medium onions;
  • 400 g of champignons;
  • Bay leaf;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • salt;
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • spice.

Since we will cover the meat with a "fur coat", we will not pickle it.

We get:

  • kilogram ham with a small layer of fat;
  • jam from plums - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 8 cloves;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • cardamom, cinnamon - 0.5 tsp;
  • coriander - 1 tsp;
  • salt.

We start with the preparation of pork.

  1. We rinse under running tap water and wipe with paper towels. Let's make a few small cuts in a piece, which we stuff with peeled and halved garlic cloves.

  • meat broth - 2 glasses;
  • light beer - 2 glasses;
  • onion - 3 pcs.;
  • ground pepper;
  • caraway seeds - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • salt;
  • garlic - 6 prongs.

Please note that on this part of the chopped piece of pork, a veterinary seal is usually placed, which must be cleaned and cut with a very thin knife.

  1. The knuckle requires careful preparation. First, you can soak it in water for 10 minutes, so that the upper layer of skin can easily be scraped off (when buying, look so that it is not damaged). Then rinse again and rub with salt and pepper and garlic.

  2. After 5 minutes, add the pieces of pork with all the spices except garlic, and close the lid again.
  3. After 7 minutes, pour bay leaf, evenly distribute steamed rice and slowly introduce half a liter of water. Salt, but do not mix the contents.
  4. In the middle of the cereal we expose, without separating, a head of garlic. Close and set the mode "Cooking / rice" for 25 minutes.

  2. Add salt, chopped spinach and seasonings to this. Mix everything well.
  3. Rub the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and put the half on the greased bottom of the bowl. Then there will be mincemeat, which we hide under the remaining potatoes, sprinkled with cheese.
