The difficulty lies in the fact that many modern varieties of store potatoes do not contain enough starch, and sorcerers from it will fall apart. Therefore, it is advisable to add a handful of flour and an egg.

On a well-heated frying pan with oil, circles are formed from potato grounds, a filling of salted minced meat is laid on them, which is covered with a second layer of grounds. The resulting "cakes" are fried on both sides over low heat.

Perhaps the easiest way to cook potato pancakes with minced meat is to bake them in pots in the oven.

For one medium-sized pot, you will need 2 potatoes, 70 grams of minced meat, spices to taste, a small piece of butter.

Grate one potato in each pot, put a slice of oil on it and seasoned minced meat, cover with the remaining grated potatoes. Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 7-8 medium sized potatoes;
  • 2-3 eggs;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 tbsp. l flour;
  • salt to taste;
  • 200 g of minced meat;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • sour cream;
  • if desired, you can add pepper and your favorite greens.

Preparation and selection of ingredients

The taste of the dish depends on the quality of the products used.

  • For potato pancakes, fresh, not too young potatoes of various varieties of medium and large sizes are well suited.
  • Minced meat should be chosen as fresh and not too fat, beef half with pork is ideal.
  • The best frying oil is sunflower refined and purified from unnecessary impurities.

Wash and peel potatoes, peel onions and garlic. Put the vegetables in cool water. In 10-15 minutes, the liquid will take away excess juice and reduce the amount of nitrates and other harmful substances that get to our table from plant foods.

To create potato pancakes, metal or silicone round molds with a diameter of 7-10 cm are suitable.

  1. Grease a baking sheet and molds with oil.
  2. We place the molds on a baking sheet at a distance of 1-2 cm from each other.
  3. We decompose the prepared components into forms: the lower potato layer, the filling and the upper potato layer.
  4. Oven in a well-heated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.

Russian Burrito: Draniki with minced poultry and salted mushrooms

Essential Ingredients:

  • 6-7 potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of flour;
  • One medium sized onion;
  • Chicken breast or you can take ready-made minced chicken;
  • Canned Salted Mushrooms;
  • Baking paper;
  • Red hot pepper;
  • Salt.

Training:

Prepare the filling: chop the chicken breast, onion and mushrooms to a homogeneous consistency. If you use ready-made stuffing, then add chopped mushrooms and onions to it. Add red pepper to taste.

  • Mix eggs and flour.

It is most traditional to combine pancakes with cheese and sour cream.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 7-8 medium sized potatoes;
  • 200 gr lean meat;
  • 150 g sour cream 25% fat;
  • 100 g of grated cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • Favorite greens;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt pepper.

Cooking

  1. On a greased baking sheet, evenly distribute circles of half grated potatoes.
  2. Place salted minced meat in equal portions in the center of the circles and cover the filling with the remaining potato mass.
  3. Bake in a well-warmed oven for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with each ginger cheese grated cheese, send to bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. While the potato pancakes are baked, beat the eggs with sour cream, add chopped herbs, garlic, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
  5. After 5 minutes, when the cheese is melted, pour the contents of the pan into the prepared filling.
