  • 2 two hundred gram glasses of milk;
  • 2 two hundred gram glasses of water;
  • 30 g butter;
  • salt and sugar (to taste).

Before starting cooking, buckwheat needs to be carefully sorted out (remove unrefined grains) and washed several times.

Now you can start, for this:

  1. Place a pot of water on the stove and wait for it to boil.
  2. Pour the cereal and bring to a boil again.
  3. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook porridge until cooked (about 20 minutes).Important: you can not stir the cereal until the water has completely boiled away!
  4. Heat milk in a separate container (no need to wait for boiling).
  5. Pour hot milk into the finished buckwheat, add butter, salt and sugar to taste, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally so that the porridge does not burn.
  6. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

Carefully sort through the groats, rinse several times and place in a slow cooker. Add butter, salt and sugar, pour in pre-warmed milk and water.   1. In a saucepan, place thoroughly washed cereals, coconut milk, salt and add cinnamon. Wait for boiling, reduce the flame, cover and cook until cooked (15 - 20 minutes). It is important to control the process!
  2. Put honey and plums cut into thin slices in a pan. Sprinkle with chia seeds and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the porridge on a plate, garnish with plum syrup and pour rice milk.

Buckwheat milk soup

Buckwheat milk soup is a worthy substitute for the first hot dishes during lunch.
