  1. Put purified water into the pan and put it on the gas.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  3. Cream cheese grate.
  4. When the water boils, salt it. Add potatoes and cheese to the pan, mix everything. Let the soup cook over low heat.
  5. Now let's take care of the mushrooms. Mushrooms must be thoroughly washed.
  6. Cut the mushrooms into plates.
  7. Heat the pan and put the mushrooms in it. They will immediately start the juice and stew in it.
  8. When all the water has evaporated, add the mushrooms and pour in the oil. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat.
  9. Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
  10. Add the onions to the mushrooms 5 minutes before being cooked.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 0.5 kg;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp;
  • chicken broth - 2 l;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • egg yolks - 2 pieces;
  • oil - 0.1 kg;
  • cream - 0.1 l;
  • onion - 1 head.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the mushrooms and cut them in half. Cut champignon caps into plates, and the legs into cubes.
  2. Chop the onion.
  3. Throw about 30 grams of oil into the pan. When it melts, lay out the onions and set the fire to a minimum. Let it fry for about 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, make chicken stock.
  5. At the end of frying the onions, add the flour, mix everything.
  6. Now take the finished broth and pour in the onion. Pour the liquid in a thin stream, stir the onion all the time so that lumps do not form.
  7. Add chopped mushroom legs, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and leave the mass to continue boiling over low heat for half an hour.
  8. Dissolve the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the champignon plates on it for about 5 minutes.
  9. Then add some salt and lemon juice to the mushrooms, mix everything and let fry for another 5 minutes.
  10. Pour the fried mushrooms into the soup, mix everything and cook it for about 10 minutes.
  11. Beat the yolks in a separate container.
  12. Add cream to them. Beat everything until smooth.
  13. Now take a tablespoon and add the soup to the yolks with it, whisk everything again.

  • butter - 0.04 kg;

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the fillet and put it in the pan. Pour the meat with cold water and set it to boil. Water should be 1.5-2 liters.

  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Cooking:
