  2. Remove all declared ingredients in a separate bowl. Pre-crush the garlic (on average 2 - 4 slices), melt the honey if necessary in a water bath. Additionally, do not add salt, it will be enough in the sauce.
  3. Wings pour the sauce from the last step. Leave the bird to marinate at room temperature for 40 minutes.
  4. Oil pan with parchment.
  5. Put the prepared wings on it. Be sure to only one layer!
  6. Place the pan in a preheated oven (up to 200 ° C). Cook 40 - 55 minutes.

Serve the crispy chicken wings with cheese, tomato or any other sauce.

Spicy dish in the pan

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of chicken wings;
  • 50 ml of acute adjika;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 onion;
  • 5 to 6 cloves of garlic;
  • salt and frying oil.

Cooking:

  1. Cover the wings with adjika, add mashed garlic and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
  2. Transfer products to a pan with heated oil. Fry the wings until golden brown.
  3. Send pieces of onion and sweet pepper to the meat. Cover and simmer the contents of the pan to soften the vegetables and cook the chicken.

Serve spicy chicken wings with ketchup and crispy bread toast.

Stew with potatoes in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 8 large potato tubers;
  • 8 chicken wings;
  • 2 tsp spices for chicken;
  • 3 dessert spoons of sunflower oil;
  • 1 dry sprig of rosemary;
  • 2 onion heads;
  • coarse salt.

Cooking:

  1. Mix the butter, crumbled dry rosemary and spices. Grate the resulting wings mixture. Leave on for 25 minutes.

  • 1 pinch of sweet ground paprika;
  • coarse salt;
  • a large amount of vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Chopped washed wings into 3 parts. Extreme without meat throw.

Cooking:

  1. Mix the sauce with butter. Add liquid honey to it.
  2. Salt, pepper, mashed garlic cloves should be sent there.
  3. Submerge the prepared wings in the marinade. If soy sauce turned out to be quite salty, then an extra portion of fine salt can be discarded.
  4. Leave the wings in this form for at least half an hour. Periodically, they need to be mixed directly with your hands, as if rubbing the marinade into the meat.
  5. Transfer meat to liquid in a pan.

Cook chicken wings with honey and soy sauce in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. The optimum temperature is 190 ° C. Readiness is easily determined by the bright color of the crust.

Chicken wings in batter

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilo of chicken wings;
  • 1 egg
  • 4 dessert spoons of corn (or potato) starch;
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour;
  • drinking water;
  • seasoning for chicken and red pepper;
  • salt and frying oil;
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika.

Cooking:

  1. At the wings, cut off sharp tips in which there is no meat. Pour them with red pepper, salt, leave to stand for at least half an hour.
  2. For batter, connect ½ tbsp. flour, selected starch, spices (except turmeric) and some salt.
  3. Beat eggs with a couple of spoons of drinking water until foam.
  4. Pour the mixture from the last step to the bulk components. Stir foods.
  5. "Bathe" the prepared parts of the wings in batter. Roll in flour with turmeric.

Cook crispy chicken wings in a frying pan with well-heated butter until a beautiful crusty crust is obtained. The whole process will take about a quarter of an hour.

Bake in lemon syrup

Ingredients:

  • 750 - 850 g of wings;
  • 2 lemons;
  • 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. clean water;
  • 3 pinches of ground pepper;
  • ½ small. tablespoons of salt.

Cooking:

  1. Sprinkle the washed and dried wings with pepper. Set them aside for a while.
  2. Dissolve the sand in a glass of water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Add lemons, sliced ​​into slices. Boil the syrup over low heat for about a quarter of an hour.
  3. Put the wings in a rectangular baking dish. Pour in syrup. Between the rows of chicken, place the boiled lemon slices.

Bake the dish for 35 - 45 minutes at 170 ° C.

  • ½ tbsp classic mayonnaise;

  1. Combine mustard, classic mayonnaise, spices. Mix the components well.
  2. Cover the wings with a flavored mixture.

Ingredients:

Garlic and Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 750 g of chicken wings;
  • ½ tbsp sour cream;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 1 tbsp. l pasta from tomatoes;
  • 2 onions;
  • pepper, salt and oil.

Cooking:

  1. Fry chopped onions with carrots until golden brown in any oil.
  2. Put prepared wings on vegetables.
  3. Pour sour cream with tomato paste on top, slightly diluted with water. Add mashed garlic, salt and pepper.
