For a garlic recipe you will need these products:

  • 1 chicken carcass;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • pepper and salt;

Prepare the dish as follows:

  1. The meat is washed and dried.
  2. Rub the surface of the bird with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Place the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  • 1.5 kg of chicken;
  • 100 g tomato ketchup;
  • half a lemon;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 100 g of mayonnaise.

 

Sequencing:

  1. Chilled chicken is cut into portioned portions.
  2. Put the slices in a bowl and add mayonnaise with ketchup.
  3. Lemon wedges and pressed garlic are thrown there.

To prepare it, you need to take the following products:

  • 1.7 kg of chicken;
  • 1 tbsp. l chicken seasoning;
  • 1.5 tsp salts;
  • 20 g of mustard;
  • laurel leaf.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Spices are combined with salt.
  2. Add mustard and stir.
  3. Wash the carcass outside and inside, dry.
  4. Rub the chicken with the prepared mixture, crumble the laurel on top.
  5. Put the meat in a plate and cover so that it is pickled.
  6. After a few hours, the carcass is mounted on a skewer so that the meat does not come off. Pull the nozzle through the belly and neck, tie the legs and wings.
  7. They fix the skewer with the carcass in the oven and put a container of water below.
  8. Turn on the grill and bake the chicken for about 60 minutes.

Microwave Hot Soy Sauce

To cook the grilled chicken in the microwave, take the following components:

  • 1.4 kg of chicken;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
