  • five cloves of garlic;
  • a spoonful of mustard;
  • three tablespoons of soya dressing;
  • two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • some ghee and vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  1. In the bowl we mix the sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, minced garlic and some ready-made chicken seasonings.
  2. We put slices of melted butter under the skin of the bird, rub the carcass with the prepared spicy mixture, put it in a bag and let the chicken marinate for three hours.
  3. Pour a little oil into the bowl of the kitchen appliance, spread the chicken and in the “Baking” mode we cook the bird for half an hour. Then we turn the carcass and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.

With potatoes in sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • 320 g of poultry meat;
  • 480 g of potatoes;
  • five spoons of sour cream;
  • three garlic cloves;
  • teaspoon of grain mustard.

Cooking method:

  1. The meat is cut into arbitrary cubes and seasoned with spices.
  2. We prepare a sauce of low-fat sour cream, finely chopped spicy vegetable, grain mustard and any spices. In the prepared mixture, marinate the meat for an hour.
  3. Potatoes can be marinated with chicken. To do this, cut the tubers into cubes and mix with the meat, adding a little refined oil.

  • three tablespoons adjika;
  • melted and lean butter;
  • two glasses of water, spices;
  • peeled garlic head.

Cooking method:

  1. Turn on the appliance, select the option "Frying". Pour oil into a bowl and put pieces of meat. Salt, pepper and overcook for ten minutes.
  2. We put the meat in a bowl, and instead send the chopped onion. As soon as the vegetable brightens, put two tablespoons of melted butter and orange vegetable sticks.

For chakhokhbili, you can take a whole carcass of a bird or its separate parts, the main thing is that the meat in the dish was boneless. It is better not to remove the skin from the bird, since such a dish is prepared without additional fat.

Cooking method:

  1. Pieces of meat (without bones) are sent to the bowl of the device and in the "Frying" mode we overcook for three minutes on each side. We transfer the golden bird to a separate container.
  2. We cut the onion into half rings and pass in the same mode for about five minutes. If there is little fat left after frying the meat, then you can add a spoonful of ghee to the onion.
