Properly prepared steamed cutlets in a slow cooker have several advantages at once. This dish is tasty, healthy and does not contain excess calories. You can cook cutlets from meat or fish, and from minced meat.

Steamed chicken cutlets in a slow cooker

Ingredients: 630 g of minced chicken, 1-2 potatoes, salt, carrot, egg, onion, freshly ground pepper.

  1. Ready minced chicken is combined with finely grated vegetables. If the meat is processed by the hostess on her own, then you can immediately pass the chicken through a meat grinder along with potatoes, carrots and onions.
  2. The mass is salted, sprinkled with pepper and very well kneaded.
  3. Small cutlets are formed from it, which are laid out in a container for cooking steamed dishes.
  4. Water is poured into the capacity of the “smart pan”. Top mounted nozzle with blanks.

Tender steamed chicken meatballs in a slow cooker will cook for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.

Minced fish recipe

Ingredients: half a pound of prepared minced fish, 2 medium slices of white bread, salt, egg, 120 ml of low-fat milk, onion, a little flour and spices to taste.

  1. Crusts are cut off the bread, after which it is soaked in non-cold milk. After a few minutes, the crumb is squeezed out of excess fluid and mixed with the prepared minced fish.
  2. Onion mashed potatoes are sent to the mass. To do this, the peeled vegetable is ground with a blender.
  3. The base is salted, an egg is driven into it. You can use any aromatic herbs.
  4. Cutlets are formed and crumble in flour. You can cook them with filling, for example, from herbs or cream cheese.

In a special basket, fish cakes for a couple cook for 20-25 minutes in the corresponding multicooker mode.

Steamed beef patties with cheese

Ingredients: a pound of homemade ground beef, 2 eggs, 90 g of semi-hard cheese, salt, 2 onions, a slice of butter, fresh garlic to taste.

  1. You can use ready-made minced beef or cook it yourself from a piece of meat pulp.
  2. Finely grated onions are added to the resulting mass.
  3. Next, raw eggs are introduced into it, as well as salt and crushed garlic to taste.
  4. After thoroughly mixing, the minced meat is left for several minutes so that it is well saturated with vegetable juice and the aroma of garlic.
  5. Small cutlets are molded from the infused mass. First, a thin cake is formed on the palm of your hand, in the middle of which cheese and a little butter are laid out. You can use this dairy product in any form - both grated and a whole tiny piece.
  6. Further, the edges of the workpiece are tightly plucked, and it is crushed by the palm. If you add too much cheese, then most of it will simply leak into the pan during the roasting.

Beef patties with a spicy garlic note are laid out on the wire rack, sent to the slow cooker, the bowl of which is filled with water, and cooked in the “Steamer” program for 20-25 minutes.

From turkey

Ingredients: a pound of turkey, egg, salt, fresh garlic to taste, 1/3 of a small zucchini, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of oatmeal, a little flour, onion.

  1. Turkey meat is rolled through a meat grinder along with the onion. The same ingredients can simply be crushed in a special blender nozzle.
  2. Flakes are poured with a small amount of boiling water, after which they are slightly wrung out and sent to the minced meat.
  3. The mass is salted, finely grated zucchini and chopped garlic are added to it. The last egg is driven in.
  4. Flat minced products are formed from minced meat, which are crushed in flour and placed on a grid for steam processing.

They are prepared in the appropriate mode of the device for 35-40 minutes.

Option for minced pork cutlets

Ingredients: 320-370 g of pork pulp, 120 g of lard, large carrots, salt, an egg, a pair of garlic cloves, any aromatic herbs, 2-3 small onions, half a multi-cooked glass of semolina.

  1. Homemade minced meatballs always turn out to be especially tasty. For its preparation, the selected piece of pork pulp is washed with running cold water along with lard, after which it is cut into medium pieces.
  2. Peeled onions, garlic and carrots are also chopped medium-sized. Orange root vegetable is an optional component, it can be excluded.
  3. All prepared are minced with a meat grinder or a suitable blender attachment.
  4. With the addition of so many vegetables, the mass is usually very juicy. To prevent future meatballs from breaking up, half a cup of semolina is added to the minced meat. It is possible to replace the specified groats with crumb crumbs.
  5. A chicken egg is driven into the mass, salt and any aromatic herbs are added. Miniature cutlets of the same shape and size are molded from it.
  6. At the bottom of the appliance is poured 3 multi-cup glasses of water. A basket for steaming is placed on top, on which minced meat patties are laid out. The stand should be pre-lubricated with any vegetable oil.

In the “Steaming” mode, the workpieces are processed for 35-45 minutes.

Carrot Steam Cutlets

Ingredients: 70 ml of fat cream, 420 g of carrots, egg, salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons semolina, 40 g butter, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of crumbs.

  1. Carrots are cut into large cubes, and then boiled in cream until soft. The finished vegetable is mashed with butter, granulated sugar and salt.
  2. Semolina is added to the hot mass. While the mixture has cooled to room temperature, the croup has enough time to swell.
  3. An egg is added to the mass. The components are mixed until smooth.
  4. Small pieces are formed from the "minced meat", which are crushed in breadcrumbs and laid out on a special grill, oiled.
  5. To cook steaks, the corresponding mode for 20-25 minutes.

The resulting treat is served on the table immediately, until it has time to cool. A small piece of butter is placed on the surface of each hot cutlet.
