Everyone who at least once tried fried wings as in CFS, most likely had the desire to cook this incredibly tasty dish at home. Despite the fact that the cooks of the famous fast-food company have kept the exact recipe for the preparation of the most delicate, juicy, flavorful chicken meat in a crispy crispy crust for more than a hundred years, it is quite realistic and feasible to cook this culinary masterpiece at home in different ways.

Chicken wings like in KFC in a pan

Products:

  • chicken wings - 1 kg;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • oatmeal - 230 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • Tabasco - 5 drops;
  • paprika - 1 tsp;
  • turmeric - 2 tsp;
  • red pepper sharp - 1/2 tsp;
  • adjika - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 3 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 350 ml.

Instruction:

  1. Take a container, place the washed and dried chicken wings in it. Add salt, pepper, paprika, adjika, tabasco sauce. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 4 hours.
  2. We’ll break the egg into the prepared dishes, add water, mix the contents.
  3. We will prepare two plates: with flour and chopped oatmeal. We add turmeric to flour and cereal. Mix the contents of both plates thoroughly.
  4. Roll each wing in flour, dip in the egg mixture, roll in flakes. We carefully place the pieces prepared for frying on a plate.
  5. Pour the oil into the deep fat fryer and place it on the stove. We put the wings in hot oil and fry them on both sides for 3-4 minutes until crisp.
  6. Put the finished chicken wings on napkins. After 2 minutes, the wings, as in KFC, cooked in a pan, can be eaten as an independent dish or with a side dish.

Oven baking recipe

Products:

  • chicken wings. - 1 kg;
  • flour - 220 g;
  • corn flakes - 220 g;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 3 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • black pepper pier - 2 tsp;
  • white pepper - 0.3 tsp;
  • red pepper pier - 0.3 tsp;
  • paprika - 0.5 tsp;
  • garlic - 0.5 tsp;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • milk - 200-300 ml;
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 l.

Instruction:

  1. Before pickling, we cut each wing into joints into three parts.
  2. Let's prepare a brine: in a liter of water we will dissolve salt and soy sauce. In the resulting brine, pieces of chicken wings can withstand 2 hours. Then we get them and dry them.
  3. Prepare a breading plate from a mixture of flour, chopped cereal, salt, sugar and all prepared spices.
  4. We prepare batter from eggs and milk in a separate container.
  5. Roll pieces of wings in flour, then dip in batter, then roll them in breading made from flour and cereal. We lay out each processed piece on a baking sheet, the bottom of which is smeared with vegetable oil. Stacked chicken wings sprinkled with vegetable oil.
  6. We bake the wings like KFC in the oven, setting the temperature to 180-200 degrees. Cook for 40-50 minutes until a brown crust forms. Appetizing slices of wings cooked in the oven can be used as an appetizer for beer, as an independent dish, as well as with any side dish.

Products:

  • chicken wings - 1 kg;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • corn flakes - 220 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • Tabasco - 0.5 tsp;
  • garlic –1 clove;
  • red pepper pier - 0.3 tsp;
  • salt - 3 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 350 ml.

Instruction:

  1. We cut each wing on the joints into three parts.
  2. We put the cut wings in a prepared container for cooking, pour cold water, salt to taste. We are waiting for the liquid to boil, remove the foam and turn off the stove.
  3. Break the eggs into the prepared container, add a few tablespoons of water. We put tabasco, chopped garlic, red pepper. Whip with a mixer.
  4. We roll pieces of wings in a plate with flour, dip in the egg mixture, roll in a plate with chopped cereal. Before you cook chicken wings, “dry” them on a dish for 15-20 minutes.
  5. We put the fryer with oil on the stove, waiting for boiling. In boiling oil, carefully place the pieces of the wings. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. We take out the browned wings and lay them on a paper towel. After a couple of minutes, sharp wings can be eaten as a snack.

In a slow cooker

Products:

  • chicken wings. - 500 g;
  • flour - 230 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • black pepper pier - 0.5 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • water - 70 ml;
  • garlic - 1 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 25-30 ml.

Instruction:

  1. Wash my chicken wings and dry them with napkins.
  2. We will prepare three containers. In the first, prepare a mixture of peppers, garlic and salt. Pour flour into the second. The third will take lesion. To do this, mix the cream, eggs and a little salt.
  3. Prepare the wings for frying in a slow cooker. To do this, we process them with a prepared sharp mixture. Dip each piece first in lezion, and then in flour. We do this twice, after which we put the meat slices in a greased multicooker bowl.
  4. Turn on the slow cooker on the "fry" for 30 minutes. Fry the wings on each side for 3 minutes until crisp. Bring the dish to readiness using the "oven" for 20 minutes. Wings cooked in a slow cooker are served with a side dish or with sauce for every taste.

In batter with sesame seeds

Products:

  • chicken wings - 900 g;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • black pepper pier - 0.5 tsp;
  • salt - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • sesame -140 g;
  • soy sauce - 450 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 350 - 400 ml.

Instruction:

  1. We will place the washed and dried chicken wings in a bowl, add salt, spices, soy sauce. Mix everything by hand and set to marinate for 4 hours.
  2. We prepare two containers: put beaten eggs in one, and a mixture of flour and sesame in the other. Add a little salt to both plates.
  3. We dip each pickled wing in egg liquid, then roll in a mixture of sesame and flour, put on a dish for "drying" for 12 -15 minutes.
  4. Pour oil into the fryer and place it on a small fire. Gently lower the wings into boiling oil and fry until crispy.After frying, put them on paper napkins.
