Chicken pancakes are not only tasty, but also a hearty universal dish. Chicken goes well with many products, so a variety on the dining table is guaranteed.

Chopped chicken fillet pancakes

Ingredients:

  • a pound of chicken fillet (breast);
  • one egg;
  • a few tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • pepper to taste;
  • some salt;
  • two garlic cloves;
  • starch –1 tbsp. l

How to cook:

  1. The brisket is finely chopped, folded into a small container. Salt and pepper.
  2. An egg and three tablespoons of mayonnaise are added.
  3. Ground garlic is added to the mixture.
  4. A little starch.
  5. Everything is gently mixed, shaped, and the raw pancakes are placed on a hot pan greased with vegetable oil.
  6. Fried to a golden crust.

Chicken breast fritters are designed for 8 servings, but in this case, the size affects their quantity.

Minced chicken

You will need:

  • a little less than half a kilogram of minced chicken. You can cook it yourself from the sternum;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • one egg;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l flour;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • butter to fry.

Cooking:

  1. Egg and kefir are beaten.
  2. The mixture is added to the minced meat and stirred.
  3. The flour is gradually poured, salted and mixed again. The consistency should resemble sour cream, but not thick, so that it does not fall from the spoon, but pour. If desired, more flour is added.
  4. This is followed by frying in an oil-heated pan. With a tablespoon of pancakes, they are laid out about the same shape so that they are flat. Fry pancakes on both sides.
  5. The recipe saves oil because it does not soak into the dough.

This dish is prepared from minced chicken for about half an hour. Up to seven servings are obtained for this recipe.

Cooking with zucchini

To make chicken pancakes with zucchini you will need:

  • 500 g of chicken;
  • one small zucchini;
  • two eggs;
  • one onion;
  • sour cream –3-4 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 4-5 tbsp. l .;
  • to taste salt and pepper.

Cooking:

  • Chicken fillet is cut as small as possible. To do this, grind meat in a meat grinder, or cut manually.
  • Chop the onion in the form of cubes.
  • Zucchini is peeled, then rubbed coarsely. It is squeezed from juices so that excess liquid does not get into the dough.
  • Mix chicken fillet, chopped onion and zucchini in a suitable container. The egg, sour cream and flour are added to the same mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir the dough until smooth.
  • A tablespoon is taken, which allows you to spread the pancakes from chicken with zucchini on a heated frying pan. Fry for several minutes to reach a golden crust.
  • Finished products are laid out on a paper towel to leave fat.

Cooking on time will not take more than half an hour.

Cheese pancakes with cheese

 

For cooking:

  • up to one kilogram of chicken;
  • any kind of hard cheese in an amount of 200 g;
  • flour - 150 g;
  • four chicken eggs;
  • a little kefir and sour cream;
  • a small bunch of greenery;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

This number of products suggests getting 10-12 pieces of chicken pancakes with cheese, which can be prepared in several variations.

First option:

  1. The loin portion of the breast is cut into small cubes.
  2. Place a couple of eggs in half a kilogram of chopped fillet. 100 pureed cheese, finely chopped greens and 85 g sour cream are added, salted, pepper, mixed and 75 g flour added.
  3. The mixture is mixed again, and the dough is left to rest for half an hour.

The second option:

  1. The breast fillet is cut into small cubes.
  2. Place a couple of eggs in half a kilogram of chopped fillet. Add 100 pureed cheese, finely chopped greens and 90 ml of kefir, salt, pepper, mix and add 75 g of flour.
  3. Once again, everything is mixed and left for half an hour.

The pan warms up, fritters in oil for several minutes on each side.

With the addition of potatoes

You will need:

  • one chicken sternum;
  • one onion;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • one potato;
  • one egg;
  • salt;
  • half a bunch of greenery;
  • ground pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Sternum, onion and garlic with herbs are finely chopped.
  2. The potato is rubbed finely on a grater, squeezed from the liquid, added to the minced meat.
  3. The egg is salted, peppered and driven in.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Fried in a hot pan from two sides, or baked in the oven.

Serve with any side dish.

How to cook with mushrooms

The combination of nutritious mushroom base and easily digestible sirloin of chicken is excellent in taste.

Components:

  • kilogram of chicken fillet;
  • 300 g of mushrooms;
  • 2 eggs;
  • onion head;
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • starch - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • a bunch of greenery;
  • seasoning;
  • oil.

How to prepare:

  1. Chicken fillet is finely chopped and folded into a plate.
  2. Mushrooms are cleaned and finely chopped, added to the chicken.
  3. The onion is peeled, cut into small cubes, sent to a common plate.
  4. Garlic is passed through the garlic.
  5. Starch, sour cream, eggs, herbs, seasonings are added, everything is mixed.
  6. The composition is left in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  7. Fry in a pan with oil for several minutes.

It turns out 7 servings.

Delicious chicken liver pancakes

For cooking you will need:

  • a pound of chicken liver;
  • medium sized onions;
  • 2 raw eggs;
  • Art. l sour cream;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of flour;
  • seasoning to taste;
  • frying oil.

Cooking:

  1. The liver is thawed and washed.
  2. Onions are peeled and chopped.
  3. Onions with liver should be minced.
  4. The above products are added except oil.
  5. The mixture should have a liquid consistency.
  6. The pan is heated over medium heat.

Pour batter with a large spoon or ladle.Chicken liver fritters are cooked sequentially on one, then the second side. One product will take five minutes.

Chicken liver fritters can be served with sour cream or sauces. As a side dish, potatoes, cereals or salad are suitable. It turns out a tasty and unusual dish.
