How to cook:

  1. In the slow cooker you need the “Baking” mode, the time is any from 20 minutes to an hour (at this stage it will be used as a frying pan). Pour the butter, lay the chicken and fry, not closing the lid. While the chicken is fried, you can prepare potatoes and carrots - peel and cut.
  2. In the juice that chicken gave, put the potatoes, carrots, bay leaves and chopped garlic. Add salt and spices to taste.
  3. On top of the vegetables, lay out the chicken pieces, salt, add half the multicooking glass of water. We switch to the "Pilaf" mode and turn it on.

  8. Closer to the completion of cooking, check the readiness of the potatoes. If it is still hard, you can add to the time of cooking the missing number of minutes (but not too much - a little undercooked potato “reaches” along with spices).
  9. We cook herbs and spices: chopped parsley and dill, chop the garlic. It is better to grind with a knife or on a grater - so it retains more taste and aroma, and is crushed evenly than when using a crush. Mix the garlic with spices (you can use turmeric, red and black pepper).
  10. Season the dish with spices and mix very carefully so as not to deform the pieces of potato. After that, sprinkle with herbs and leave to languish under the lid for another 10 minutes.
