We select the largest pan, pour vegetable oil into it. We turn on the stove so that the fire is of medium strength, and put the dishes. When the oil is heated, shift the bean curd and fry. You need to get a golden brown color on both sides. It will not take much time - just from 10 to 15 minutes. Then the tofu lies on a paper towel: you need to get rid of excess oil.

And we just have time to build a sauce. To do this, send corn starch, rice vinegar, pepper, garlic and garlic and an almost full glass of water into a common bowl. Whip all the ingredients.
