  • two onion bulbs;

  • one bay leaf;
  • granulated sugar - 50 gr;
  • wine vinegar - 100 ml;
  • a pinch of ground red pepper.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Two peeled onions chopped into halves of rings.
  2. Pour water, vinegar into the stewpan, add the parsley, pour red pepper, salt and sugar. Mix the products.
  3. Wait for the liquid to boil on the stove.
  4. Stir the solution until sugar is completely dissolved.
