  1. Vegetables are peeled and cut into middle rings. Their optimum thickness is 8 - 9 mm.

Ingredients: half a kilo of onions (2 large heads), 120 g of hard cheese, half a glass of crumbs from crackers, chicken egg, salt, seasonings.

  1. Vegetables get rid of husks, cut and disassemble into separate rings.
  2. Small circles are inserted into larger ones. As a result, each blank will consist of two rings.
  3. Cheese is cut into thin strips, equal in width to vegetable. The product is inserted between the wide and narrow onion ring.
