  2. Two masses are connected. At the end, blueberries are poured into the dough. Frozen berries do not need to be thawed beforehand.
  3. The dough is laid out in a cake pan and cooked for 55-65 minutes at high temperature.

Lviv cheesecake in chocolate dough

This treat is a complete delicate dessert. It can be served instead of a cake.   2. Proteins are whipped separately and only 2/3 of their parts are combined with the mixture from the first step.
  3. Milk, sand, cocoa, remaining butter and chocolate are cooked until smooth and cooled.

The poppy layer will make the cheesecake more original and especially tasty. Ingredients: a kilo of cottage cheese, 180 g of fatty butter, 90 g of poppy seeds, a large spoonful of starch and semolina, 260 g of sugar, 4 tablespoons, zest of medium lemon.

  1. Curd is frayed with sand. In this mass, you can add vanilla to taste.
  2. Eggs are whipped separately, which are poured into the curd mass. All components mix well.
  3. The remaining ingredients, except for poppy seeds, are poured into the bowl. The latter is steamed with boiling water, decanted and frayed in a mortar. For this purpose, you can use a mixer.
  4. A little curd mixture is added to the poppy. This will be the first layer of cheesecake.
  5. Next, the remaining dough is laid out.
  6. A treat is baked for about an hour.
