All the main components are common - fresh minced meat, onions, pasta and water.

  • 400 g pasta;
  • 350 g of minced chicken;
  • mushrooms (e.g. champignons) - 300 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • butter and vegetable oil - 40 g each;
  • salt and pepper to your taste, you can add Provencal herbs.

Cooking Pasta:

  1. In vegetable oil, first fry the mushrooms, cut into pieces. To do this, pour vegetable oil into the bowl and set the frying mode. Having evaporated the excess water from the mushrooms, pour the chopped onion and continue to fry.
