Simple marmalade at home

Ingredients:

  • any juice from fruits and berries (not packaged!) - 300 ml;
  • frozen raspberries - 2/3 tbsp .;
  • high-quality gelatin - 4 dessert spoons;
  • bee honey - 2 dessert spoons.

Cooking:

  1. Dilute gelatin according to the instructions. It will be enough 1/2 tbsp. warm water. The mixture is mixed with a fork until the dry ingredient swells.
  2. In a small saucepan, half of the natural fruit and berry juice and the whole gelatin mass are combined. The capacity is sent to the fire and heated for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Thawed raspberries and remaining juice are combined separately. The mass should be mashed, then strain through cheesecloth, add honey and warm until the latter is completely dissolved in a water bath.
  4. Combine the gelatin and raspberry masses. Pour the mixture into molds.

Wait for the treat to solidify by sending it to a cool place.

Orange treat

Ingredients:

  • sweet juicy oranges - 1 kg;
  • granulated sugar - 1 full glass;
  • high-quality gelatin - 35 g.

Cooking:

  1. Dilute selected gelatin with boiled cold water according to the instructions on the product packaging.
  2. Remove the zest from the oranges with a fine grater. In the process, you need to try not to touch the soft white part, otherwise the finished treat may be bitter.
  3. Juice is carefully squeezed out of fruits. If you could not get the right amount (200 ml), you can dilute the liquid with water.
  4. Juice goes to the stewpan along with sweet sand. The whole zest is laid out there. The mass boils for 3-4 minutes on a low fire.
  5. The contents of the saucepan are slightly cooled and filtered.
  6. The resulting mass is poured into molds and sent to cool.

Ready orange marmalade can be rolled in sugar or powder.

From agar agar

Ingredients:

  • agar-agar - 1 tsp;
  • any fresh fruit and berry juice (not from the package!) - 1 tbsp .;
  • granulated sugar - 2 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Mix juice with agar-agar. At first, the product may roll up in lumps, but with frequent active stirring they quickly dissolve.
  2. Add sugar. Its amount can be increased to your liking.
  3. Leave the mixture for 40 minutes, then bring it to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  4. Pour the mass into the molds and leave to harden.

You can move the workpieces into the refrigerator. But even at room temperature, marmalade on agar freezes quite quickly.

Natural jam marmalade

Ingredients:

  • high-quality gelatin - 2.5 dessert spoons;
  • any homemade jam - 1 tbsp .;
  • lemon - ½ pcs.;
  • water - 1.5 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Pour 1/3 of warm water into the bowl. Add gelatin. Stir and leave to swell.
  2. Pour the remaining water into a separate saucepan. Transfer all the jam into it, send the mass to the fire and bring to a boil, often stirring.
  3. Introduce swollen gelatin. Continue to warm up for a couple of minutes without stopping stirring.
  4. Pour the contents of the bowl into the blender bowl. Beat the slightly cooled mass, gradually adding juice squeezed from half the citrus into it.
  5. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth.
  6. Pour into a general form and send to cool.
  7. Cut the finished treat into pieces.

Apple dessert

Ingredients:

  • sweet apples - 1 kg;
  • drinking water - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • granulated sugar - 1 full glass;
  • ground cinnamon - a pinch;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Remove the seed box from them. Cut the rest with the skin into thin slices.
  2. Put the apples in the bowl of the multicooker. Send the same water there.
  3. Activate the stew mode and cook fruit in the kitchen "assistant" 50 - 60 minutes.
  4. Pure the resulting apple mass in any convenient way, and then rub it through cheesecloth or a fine sieve so that it acquires uniformity and smoothness.
  5. Return the mashed potatoes to the slow cooker. Add cinnamon. If the mass turned out to be too sweet, you can correct the situation with lime / lemon juice.
  6. Activate extinction mode for another 50-60 minutes. During this time, excess moisture will disappear from the composition.
  7. Pour sugar into the mass. Stew it for another 90 - 120 minutes before thickening.
  8. Pour the mixture into molds lubricated with a minimum amount of oil.
  9. Leave the marmalade to harden at room temperature for 4 to 10 days.

To speed up the process, gelatin or agar agar can be added to the recipe.

Healthy pumpkin marmalade

Ingredients:

  • juicy ripe pumpkin - 1 kilo;
  • granulated sugar - a pound;
  • lemon - ½ pcs.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the vegetable and all the excess. Leave only the pulp. Chop it into small cubes.
  2. Boil the pumpkin until soft. Add a minimal amount of water to it, so that the liquid only slightly covers the vegetable pieces.
  3. Puree the vegetable, add sugar to it and send it to boil with frequent stirring.
  4. After half an hour, add the juice of half a lemon, strained from the seeds.
  5. Boil for about half an hour, until the mass begins to remain strips after holding a spoon.

Arrange the future homemade marmalade in tins even in a warm form. Leave to dry at room temperature for 1 week.

Cooking from quince

Ingredients:

  • ripe quince fruits - 1.5 kilos;
  • granulated sugar - 1.2 kilos;
  • lemon - 1 pc. (large).

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the whole quince well. Remove from each core, then finely chop the remaining parts. Immediately put the chopped fruits in water.
  2. Add slices of thoroughly washed lemon and skin. The main thing is to pre-select from its pulp bones.
  3. Transfer both ingredients to a cooking pot. Cook under the lid a little less than half an hour after boiling.
  4. Drain the water. It can be used to make a variety of sweet homemade drinks. Pure the remaining fruits and rub through a sieve.
  5. Add sugar. Bring to a boil, then cook for another 70 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. As soon as bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the mass, it must be rearranged in the oven and cooked at 200 degrees for 2 to 3 hours. As a result, the mixture should easily lag behind the walls. It is important to stir it often.
  7. Spread the resulting mass on a baking sheet covered with foil, or in silicone molds.

Leave the sweets to reach in a warm place from 2 to 7 days.

How to make chewing marmalade

Ingredients:

  • any fruit jelly - 90 - 100 g;
  • high-quality gelatin - 4.5 dessert spoons;
  • sugar - 3 dessert spoons;
  • "Lemon" (acid) - ½ teaspoon;
  • drinking water - 130 ml.

Cooking:

  1. Mix all loose components in a common bowl.
  2. In a separate container, bring the water to a boil. Pour the dry mixture into it, actively stirring with a whisk so that lumps do not appear.
  3. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Pour into a wide container with low sides. Allow the future marmalade to cool and cool.

After 3 to 4 hours, cut the sweetness into thin strips. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
