  • two eggs;
  • 0.1 kg of flour;
  • 100 grams of sugar;
  • three apples;
  • two carrots;
  • cinnamon and vanilla sugar to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. We clean the carrots, rinse well so that there is no dirt, and rub on a fine grater.
  2. Remove the skin from apples, remove the core, and grind the flesh with a grater. Mix the fruit mass with the carrot.
  3. Drive eggs into another container, put sugar and whisk thoroughly with a whisk until the sweet sand is completely dissolved. Then pour the resulting mass into apples and carrots.

  • two small zucchini;

Carrot pancakes with semolina

Required Products:

  • two tablespoons of sugar;
  • a glass of kefir;
  • about six pieces of carrots;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • three tablespoons of semolina;
  • two eggs.

Cooking process:

  1. As always, first we clean the root crops, rinse thoroughly so that there is no dirt, and grind with a grater.
  2. Separately, drive eggs into a bowl and beat them until a light foam is formed.
  3. Connect the egg mash with carrots, the specified amount of semolina and sugar.
  4. It remains to pour kefir to the ingredients and mix until smooth. If the dough turned out to be liquidy, then this is easy to fix if you add some more semolina.
  5. Collect the prepared mixture with a spoon and send to a well-heated pan with oil. Keep the pancakes on medium heat until they are rosy on both sides.
