  • 3 eggs;
  • 1/2 cup sugar;

  • 1.5 (sometimes more needed) cups of flour.

Step-by-step recipe for pancakes on kefir and sour cream:

  1. We extinguish soda, putting it in sour cream.
  2. Beat eggs with salt, sugar, add the remaining products.
  3. Stir the dough until all the lumps are gone.
  4. Leave a "rest" mass.
  5. Fry in a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat.

With greens

Addition to the previous version with kefir:

  • 4 boiled eggs;

This recipe comes in handy when the fermented milk product is clearly not enough, and you really want to bake. It is good if sour cream is oily.

It is necessary:

  • 260 g of flour;
  • salt and soda;
  • 200 ml of fresh milk;
  • 80 g sour cream;
  • 3-4 tbsp Sahara;
  • flavoring (can be omitted);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g of soft butter.

Add soda to sour cream, wait a bit and pour milk. Beat eggs and sugar separately with a whisk or mixer and mix everything. Add warm melted butter and flour. Leave the resulting dough for 10 minutes and, laying out with a large spoon, fry.

Tasty and lush pancakes in milk and sour cream are ready.

Yeast recipe

You can make a small change in the recipe, which is given just above. Believe me, you will get a new taste and more delicate pastries. Just be prepared to spend more time.

 

So, we remove soda from the ingredients. Instead, put 10 g (1 small bag) of dry yeast.

Yeast must be bred in warm milk, adding a little flour, and left for a while to rise. This method is called dough.

Mix sugar, butter and eggs in a bowl. Pour dough here, add flour and make dough. Watch, it should turn out thinner than on pies, so that it is possible to take with a spoon and spread in a pan. Leave for another half hour to increase the volume.

Stir again and proceed with heat treatment.

Set the medium heat on the stove, since on the small one you get quite fat pancakes, and on the big one the pastries will remain raw inside.

No soda

People who are forbidden to eat food with sodium bicarbonate, this recipe will come in handy. Of course, the consistency is denser, but the taste remains.

Prepare the following products:

  • granulated sugar - 4 tbsp;
  • a couple of eggs;
  • flour - 300 g;
  • salt.

To achieve at least some splendor, you need to beat eggs with sugar well in a foam and sift the flour, saturating it with oxygen. Knead the dough and immediately start cooking.

So that the whipped mass does not lose volume, the flour cannot be mixed using a mixer. Take a better whisk.

No eggs

Such pancakes on sour cream also can not be obtained quite lush, but some still like it.

Here, too, everything is simple and all the ingredients do not make sense to paint. Just cross out the eggs from the recipe, and prepare the dough, as before.
