Batter recipe

Ingredients:

  • flour (wheat) - 0.3 kg;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • milk - 0.3 l;
  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • eggs - 2 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken. Then pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess water.
  2. Cut the meat into thin plates.
  3. Put slices of fillet on a cutting board, immediately sprinkle them with salt and pepper. If you want, you can add some spices here. It is better to salt at this stage, because then the pepper will be directly driven into the meat, this will give it a special taste.
  4. Take the cling film and completely cover the entire chicken board with it.
  5. Now take the hammer and gently beat off all the pieces. Due to the fact that the film is used, the meat will not fly apart and there will be no juicy splashes.
  6. Flip chops to the other side. Repeat the same steps: sprinkle them with pepper and salt, cover with foil and beat off. Leave the meat directly on the board so that it is slightly marinated.
  7. Take a deep container and break 2 eggs into it. See that there is no shell.
  8. Add milk to the eggs. Now take with a fork and mix everything until smooth. If you have a mixer, then use it.
  9. Salt and pepper the egg mixture. Batter is ready.
  10. Sift the flour and sprinkle it on a flat dish or on a cutting board.
  11. Lubricate the pan with a thin bowl of vegetable oil. This is convenient to make with a silicone brush.
  12. Place the pan on medium gas and wait for it to heat up.
  13. Take a slice of the beaten chicken and dip it completely in the egg batter.
  14. Now roll this meat in flour.
  15. Spread a piece on a hot pan. Repeat this process with all the meat.
  16. Fry chops on one side without a lid until golden brown.
  17. Now flip the fillet to the other side, cover it with a lid and reduce the heat. Fry on this side for another 5-7 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • breadcrumbs - 0.2 kg;
  • salt, pepper and rosemary - to taste;
  • olive oil - to lubricate the pan;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • eggs - 2 pieces.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the fillet and cut it into thin plates. The thickness should be about a centimeter.
  2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Beat off all the pieces.
  3. Cut the lemon in half and pour the chops with juice. Rinse the meat with your hands a little so that both pepper and lemon juice soak into it well.
  4. Put the chops in a small tray and close them with a lid. Put the container in the refrigerator for several hours so that the fillet is thoroughly saturated and has a lemon note.
  5. When the chops are marinated, you can proceed to the rest of the processes. Turn on the oven 180 degrees immediately.
  6. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add some water and salt to them.
  7. Beat the egg mixture.
  8. Pour crackers in a flat plate.
  9. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. It needs very little.
  10. Dip each meat piece into the egg mixture.
  11. Then roll the chops in breadcrumbs.
  12. Place the pan in a very hot oven. The meat will be grilled for about half an hour. The frying time directly depends on the power of your oven.

In a honey mustard marinade

These are chops in a pan in a hurry. They cook quickly, as they do not require batter or breading.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sunflower oil - for frying;
  • paprika (ground) - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • mustard - 1 teaspoon;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts and cut them into thin slices.
  2. Gently beat off each bite so that the meat does not tear during beating. The height of the broken piece should be about 7-8 mm.
  3. Sprinkle the meat with ground paprika. Rinse it a bit and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour soy sauce into a deep bowl.
  5. Add to it 2 tablespoons of liquid honey. If your honey has hardened, then melt it like this: 1) Pour water into a saucepan and boil it. 2) Put the honey in a small bowl. 3) Dip a bowl of honey in water, it should not cover the honey. Under the influence of high temperatures, honey will quickly melt.
  6. Add some mustard, salt and pepper to the marinade. Stir it until smooth.
  7. Put the meat slices in soy sauce. Leave the chicken to marinate for 3-4 hours. To meat is well marinated, it must be covered. Then third-party odors will not get to it. If you do not have a lid, then simply cover the bowl with a plate. Or tighten the dishes with cling film. If there is no time to wait, leave the chicken meat to marinate for only 15-20 minutes.
  8. When the chops are marinated, you can start frying. To do this, grease the pan with refined sunflower oil and heat it very well.
  9. Spread chops only on a hot skillet, otherwise the meat may stick.
  10. Fry the chicken until brown.
  11. If you want, after that you can put out a little: 1) Pour a glass of water into the pan; 2) Cover it with a lid; 3) Put a medium or minimum fire; 4) Stew the meat until the liquid evaporates. Now it will become soft and will directly melt in your mouth.

Chicken schnitzel (in semolina)

Ingredients:

  • semolina - 1 glass;
  • oil - for frying chicken;
  • chicken breast - 2 pieces;
  • salt and pepper (white) to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Cut off all the skin from the breast, cut out all the bones. Only fillet should remain.
  2. Rinse the chicken meat and cut it into thin plates. From one breast should get 4 chicken schnitzels.
  3. Slightly beat off the fillet. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper. It is better to take white pepper, then it will not stand out and the schnitzel will have a beautiful crust.
  4. Pour semolina onto a cutting board and brew chicken meat in it.
  5. Put the prepared pieces on a hot frying pan and fry them on both sides for about 5 minutes. Good appetite!

With cheese

This dish can be made even more interesting by adding pineapple. Spread it directly on the chicken fillet, in front of the onion (step 17). You can put the pineapple in rings, or cut it into small cubes.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • hard cheese - 0.2 kg;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon;
  • allspice - a few peas;
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • chicken egg - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt to taste;
  • cream (fat content of about 15-20%) - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • margarine - for greasing a baking sheet.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the chicken and chop it thinly.
  2. Gently beat off the fillet.
  3. Peel and mince the garlic.
  4. Grind allspice in a coffee grinder. If you do not have such a device, then just crush the peas with a knife. Of course, you can buy already chopped peppers. But if you push it yourself, the dish will turn out more flavorful.
  5. Transfer meat to a convenient container and add garlic and chopped pepper to it.
  6. Add the meat a little and add a spoonful of mustard to it.
  7. Add mayonnaise to the chops and mix everything. Only use meat with your hands so that the spices are better absorbed. Then the taste will be more saturated.
  8. Put chops in the refrigerator to marinate. It will take at least 4 hours, but better - more. For example, at night. Then chops can be served for breakfast.
  9. When the meat is marinated, continue cooking. To do this, turn on the oven 180-200 degrees.
  10. Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater. Pour it into a separate container.
  11. Break one egg to the cheese.
  12. Pour some cream. If anything, they can be replaced with milk.
  13. Mix cheese with egg and cream. Add this mass a little.
  14. Cut the onion into thin rings.
  15. Rinse the tomato and cut into rings.
  16. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  17. Put all the chops on it. Spread the onion on top.
  18. For each piece of meat, put one circle of tomato.
