  • 170 g of shrimp;
  • 230 ml of cream, fat content of at least 20%;

  • 380 g fettuccine;
  • 550 g of Argentinean shrimp;

  • 280 ml cream;

Cooking method:

  1. First boil Argentine shrimp for three minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 230 g of paste;
  • 190 g shrimp;
  • 130 ml cream;
  • 25 g melted butter;
  • onion and two cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:

  1. In melted butter, fry the onion cubes along with small cloves of garlic.
  2. Add shrimp and fry until roasted seafood.
  3. Pour cream, salt, pepper and cook over low heat until the cream thickens.
  4. It remains only to add to the sauce and shrimp paste. Mix everything, put on a dish, sprinkle with cheese and decorate with herbs.

Shrimp and tomato pasta in a creamy sauce

Do not forget that pasta must be cooked to the state of al dente, that is, do not slightly cook them.

Ingredients:

  • 270 g of paste;
  • 370 g of shrimp;
  • five tomatoes;
  • onions and two cloves of garlic;
  • 80 g ghee;
  • 180 ml of white wine (dry).

Cooking method:

  1. In ghee, fry a couple of minutes chopped onions and garlic wedges.
  2. We put the slices of tomatoes, pour the wine, sprinkle the ingredients with dried basil and simmer them until the alcohol evaporates completely.
  3. We introduce the cream, season with spices to taste.
  4. Shrimps need to be fried separately until golden brown and put in the sauce, and after a minute add the paste, mix and after a couple of seconds remove the dish from heat.
  5. Serve pasta with herbs and cheese.

With white wine

Preparing a gourmet and tasty dish is quite simple. To do this, take any pasta, wine and seafood - you get aromatic pasta. And if you add a little hot sauce to the recipe, then this will add a little piquancy to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 230 g of paste;
  • 320 g of shrimp;
  • two lemons;
  • 110 ml of white wine;
  • 60 g ghee;
  • a spoonful of hot sauce;
  • half an onion and three garlic cloves.

Cooking method:

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, you can also add a couple of tablespoons of olive. First, fry the onion and garlic until translucent, and then add the peeled shrimp.
  2. As soon as the seafood is browned, pour in the wine, citrus juice, hot sauce, and season everything with salt and pepper. Cook for three minutes on low heat.
  3. Boil the pasta, drain the water, but not all - leave one glass.
  4. Remove the pan from the contents from the fire, put the pasta, mix. If the paste is too thick, then pour a little water from under the boiled products.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and basil, as well as Parmesan and serve.

Cooking in a slow cooker

Italian pasta can also be cooked in a slow cooker, although the pasta will have to be boiled beforehand and make sure that they do not cool. We will use shrimp in the recipe, and only garlic from vegetables. But you can add others, such as tomatoes or bell peppers.

Ingredients:

  • 270 g pasta;
  • 250 g of shrimp;
  • clove of garlic;
  • a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • 240 ml cream.

Cooking method:

  1. You can also boil pasta in a slow cooker, especially since it has a “Pasta” mode.
  2. As soon as the pasta is laid out from the bowl, turn on the "Frying" mode, pour in the oil and fry the garlic in it for literally half a minute.
  3. Put shrimp to it, pour in citrus juice, and after a couple of minutes enter the cream along with any spices of your choice.
  4. After six minutes, combine the pasta with sauce and shrimp, warm the composition for five minutes and serve with greens and grated Parmesan.

Ingredients:

  • 380 g king prawns;
  • 470 g of pasta;
  • fresh chili;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • 220 g of cherry;
  • a bunch of basil.

Cooking method:

  1. In slightly salted water, boil the paste for no more than seven minutes.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, chili and basil stalks (without leaves).
  3. In heated olive oil, fry the chopped ingredients and then add the shrimp to them.
  4. As soon as the seafood changes color, add the halves of the cherry. After five minutes, turn off the heat and spray the ingredients with oil.
