Making pasta with seafood is pretty easy. Even a novice cook will cope with it. This is a low-calorie meal that is suitable as a second lunch or a full dinner. Shrimp, mussels and squid are rich in healthy elements and protein. However, people suffering from chronic gastrointestinal diseases, it is not recommended to use them.

The main ingredients are pasta and seafood. Both fresh and frozen clams will do. The taste of the dish will not change. The main thing is to check the expiration date of the product. You can take any pasta: spaghetti, feathers, snails. Boil them in salted water for 10-15 minutes or focus on the time specified by the manufacturer of the product. For every 100 g, you need to take 1 liter of water.

Most stores offer ready-made sea cocktails in assortment, varying in composition. They are great for preparing Italian dishes. Pasta with frozen seafood is no worse. You can mix squids, cuttlefish, octopus, shrimp and mussels on your own.

Sea cocktail is pre-thawed. It is advisable to put it on the shelf of the refrigerator from the freezer three hours before starting cooking. This is the most favorable way to defrost. With seafood, it is necessary to drain all the liquid so as not to spoil the taste of the dish. It can also be evaporated during cooking.

 

Before cooking, the products are thoroughly washed. After that, they are boiled for 5-6 minutes in slightly salted water, cleaned, if necessary, and then used according to the recipe.Some housewives pass the thawed cocktail in a frying pan without boiling. It is important not to overdo it with heat treatment, otherwise the seafood will become "rubber".

From seasonings, Italian herbs are better suited to pasta:

In creamy sauce

Pasta with seafood in a creamy sauce is very tender and satisfying.

To prepare it you will need:

  • 1 cup cream (20%);
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • spices, salt;
  • 500 g of sea cocktail;
  • 250 g of pasta.

Recipe:

  1. Prepared seafood is fried in butter for 2-3 minutes, stirring.
  2. Cream and salt are added to them.
  3. Stew the composition for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Boil the pasta.
  5. Coarsely rub the cheese and add it to the cocktail. The sauce is ready when the cheese is melted.
  6. The paste is transferred to seafood, mixed and stewed for another 3-4 minutes.

Pasta goes well with cream and garlic.

To prepare it, do the following manipulations:

  1. Fry 2 cloves of garlic in butter, cut into large pieces.
  2. When they are browned, they are removed from the pan. They are no longer needed when cooking.
  3. Next, a sea cocktail is fried in garlic oil.
  4. Then add cream, cheese and seasonings, as in the previous recipe.

This dish can be cooked without adding cheese, and changing the consistency of the sauce is permissible with flour. Cream pasta served hot. Decorate it with rings of olives, herbs.

In tomato sauce

Tomatoes go well with a sea cocktail. Seafood pasta in tomato sauce is prepared with the addition of white dry wine. However, this ingredient can be excluded.

Required Products:

  • 300 g of pasta;
  • 500 g of sea cocktail;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 fresh tomatoes;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 ml of wine;
  • 5 large spoons of olive oil;
  • salt pepper;
  • greenery.

Cooking process:

  1. Tomatoes scalded with boiling water and peel them. Then the vegetables are crushed using a blender.
  2. Onion and garlic finely chopped. Fry in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, spices and tomato paste to them. All are mixed.
  4. Pour dry wine. Salt and pepper.
  5. The composition is simmered over low heat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
  6. Prepared seafood is sent to tomato sauce and stewed for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Boiled pasta is added to the pan and the products are mixed so that the spaghetti is soaked in the sauce.

Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve hot to the table.

Sour cream recipe

For pasta in sour cream sauce you will need:

  • 200 g of spaghetti;
  • 500 g of seafood;
  • 1 onion;
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 30 g of vegetable oil;
  • salt, black pepper;
  • 1 tablespoon butter.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
  2. Seafood is placed in salted boiling water and boiled for 5 minutes.
  3. Fry onion and garlic in a pan in butter and vegetable oil.
  4. Add to them a sea cocktail, mix and simmer for 5-6 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Sour cream, pepper and salt are added. Cover the dish and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Boiled spaghetti spread on a plate and watered with seafood sauce.

With mushrooms

Mushrooms go well with seafood, so you should use the following recipe to delight your loved ones with a delicious and fragrant dish.

It will require:

  • 250 g of pasta;
  • 500 g of seafood;
  • 300-400 g of champignons;
  • 2 heads of garlic;
  • onion;
  • 250 g cream;
  • frying oil;
  • Parmesan for sprinkling;
  • greenery;
  • salt pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Sliced ​​garlic is fried in oil, then they are taken out and thrown out.
  2. Pass the chopped onions for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper. It is at this moment that they absorb the aroma and taste of spices.
  4. Add seafood and cream.
  5. Stew the composition for 3-5 minutes and remove from heat.
  6. Boil the pasta and pour it over the resulting sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

You can mix spaghetti with mushrooms and seafood.

Seafood Black Pasta

For the next dish, use black paste. It can be obtained by adding cuttlefish ink to spaghetti. Only 2 sachets are needed to color 400 g of pasta.

We prepare black pasta from the following products:

  • 200 g black spaghetti;
  • 100 g cream (35%);
  • 400 g of sea cocktail;
  • 300 g of salmon;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • spices, salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Spaghetti is boiled.
  2. Sliced ​​garlic and fry in a pan.
  3. Add fish slices and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour sea cocktail and simmer another 10 minutes. Salt, pepper.
  5. Add cream and stew for 5 minutes under the lid.
  6. Seafood is spread on top of pasta.

If desired, sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan.

Carbonara Pasta Recipe

For Carbonara pasta, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 300 g of pasta;
  • 400 g of seafood;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 150 ml cream;
  • 150 g Parmesan cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • spices, salt.

Recipe:

  1. Prepared seafood spread in a pan and fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Garlic is finely chopped and sent to a sea cocktail.
  3. Cream is mixed with egg yolks and beat well.
  4. Then add grated cheese, spices and salt.
  5. Boil the paste until half cooked.
  6. Pour the seafood sauce. Stew for 10 minutes, stirring.
  7. Pasta is combined with sauce and seafood. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
