Shortbread Cookies with Jam

A taste familiar from childhood, many grandmothers prepared this pastry in the morning. Delicate cookies that just melt in your mouth are easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 500 g;
  • margarine - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • jam - 450 g;
  • sugar - 180 g;
  • soda - 2 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Grate the sifted flour with softened margarine to a homogeneous texture.
  2. Combine the egg whisk with sugar.
  3. Connect both masses.
  4. Add slaked soda, it can be repaid with drops of lemon or boiling water.
  5. Knead the elastic dough thoroughly.
  6. Put the formed ball into the bag.
  7. Soak for an hour in the refrigerator.
  8. Take out the dough, put on a board sprinkled with a layer of flour, knead with hands and cut into segments, collect a ball from each and roll it with your hands.
  9. Spread a layer of parchment paper on a baking sheet, place blanks at a certain distance. In each, make a deepening, using a special nozzle of a smaller size, and fill with jam filling.
  10. Set the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees.
  11. Soak baking until golden. This will take about 20 minutes.

With grated dough on top

Traditionally, this baking is done in large quantities. Bake in one piece on a whole baking sheet. After cooking, cookies with jam and grated dough are cut portionwise on top.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 450 g;
  • margarine - 240 g;
  • sugar - 180 g;
  • jam - 380 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - a package;
  • egg - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. A couple of hours before cooking, place margarine on the table, it should lie down and become soft.
  2. Sprinkle the margarine with flour, pour the baking powder. Grind the mass.
  3. Combine the sugar with the egg, mix. Pour into the flour mass. Sprinkle with vanilla. Knead elastic dough. You get a mass that does not stick and is very plastic to the touch.
  4. Cut into two different parts, put into bags. Place the smaller volume for an hour in the refrigerator, leave the larger at room temperature.
  5. After half an hour, roll out a larger volume, aligning it with your hands, place it in a mold, evenly distributing it on the surface.
  6. For cookies, any seedless jam is suitable. Place it evenly on the surface of the dough.
  7. Get a smaller piece, grate on top, jam.
  8. Soak baking until golden. This will take about 20 minutes.
  9. In hot form, cut into portions.

Viennese Jam Cookies

Ingredients:

  • butter - 200 g;
  • jam - 300 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 600 g;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanilla;
  • sugar - 200 g.

Cooking:

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, baking powder into the dough. Beat thoroughly with a whisk. Add softened butter, mix.
  2. Add a mixture of flour and vanilla to the liquid mass, knead the dough. The mass should not stick to the hands.
  3. Divide the dough into two unequal parts, put in a bag. Remove the smaller volume into the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Spread a large mass with your hands on the size on a baking sheet, half a centimeter thick. Spread jam.
  4. Remove the frozen part, grate, sprinkle the workpiece on top.

  • puff pastry without yeast - 500 g;
  • sugar;
  • nuts - a glass;

  • jam.

Cooking:

  1. Get the dough in advance, and let it thaw in vivo.

  2. Combine kefir with sugar, pour baking powder.

  8. Soak in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
  9. Get the pastries, cut into pieces.

Sour cream jam

In times of general shortage, grandmothers and mothers tried to make a delicious treat for the family from simple products. This is one of the proven and forgotten by many recipes for friable cookies.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 200 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • thick jam - 400 g;
  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Softened butter to combine with sour cream, salt and soda. Pour the sifted flour in parts. Mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Roll out a thin layer with a rolling pin, divide it into squares with a knife, put thick jam on each. If the jam is liquid, it is recommended to mix with starch. From this, the mass will thicken and will not leak from the cookies. Join the opposite ends of the headers.
