Dumplings in the oven - a very interesting dish, because we used to just boil them, seasoning with spices and all. But it turns out there are many other cooking methods with sauces and gravy.

Oven baked dumplings in pots

A great solution when the usual way of cooking is already fed up.

Required Products:

  • salt, pepper greens to your liking;
  • 0.5 kg of dumplings;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • four tablespoons of sour cream.

Cooking process:

  1. To begin, bring the dumplings to half-ready. That is, remove them from the water about 3-4 minutes after boiling.
  2. Remove excess liquid, season with spices and pour in vegetable oil, mix well.
  3. Fill the pots with dumplings, top with sour cream, cover the pots with lids or foil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Cooking with cheese and mayonnaise

Dumplings with cheese and mayonnaise are obtained with a very tasty crust. This dish is well suited as a hearty meal.

Required Products:

  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a pound of dumplings;
  • one onion;
  • a small jar of sour cream;
  • 150 grams of cheese;
  • any seasoning to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. We distribute the dumplings with one layer in a baking dish, put the chopped garlic and chopped fried onions next to it.
  2. Sour cream is transferred to a bowl, if it is too thick add a little water, then mix the selected spices.
  3. With this mixture, fill the form with dumplings, and on top cover with grated cheese on a fine grater and remove for half an hour in the oven, heating it to 180 degrees.

But, despite the simplicity, such a dish can be made even by the arrival of guests.

  • 40 grams of butter;
  • seasonings to your taste;
  • dumplings packaging;
  • 0.2 kg of sour cream.

Cooking process:

  1. We turn the oven on 200 degrees, boil the dumplings for several minutes so that they remain slightly solid.
  2. We coat the selected form with oil and what remains do not remove, put dumplings on top.
  3. Sour cream mixes with spices, you can also add herbs, and this sauce is completely covered with dumplings. After 15 minutes, the dish can be taken out.

With mushrooms

Required Products:

  • three tablespoons of sour cream;
  • two onions;
  • 0.5 kg of dumplings;
  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • spices to your liking;
  • 100 grams of cheese.

Cooking process:

  1. Mushrooms are cut into thin slices, chop the onion in any way, fry in a pan until a beautiful color is formed, then pour the sour cream and season with spices. Stew for a few more minutes. Add grated cheese here, mix to melt it.
  2. Cook the dumplings about three minutes after boiling, remove and transfer to the form. Pour mushroom sauce and cook for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

How to bake with a liver

Required Products:

  • dumplings packaging;
  • a small jar of sour cream;
  • seasoning to taste;
  • one onion;
  • 0.3 kg of beef liver;
  • 2 large spoons of tomato paste;
  • a glass of broth.

Cooking process:

  1. Put the dumplings in boiling water and cook literally a couple of minutes.
  2. At this time, fry the chopped onion and liver in a pan in slices, do not forget to add spices.
  3. Bring the broth to a boil, mix with sour cream and tomato paste.
  4. We spread the dumplings in the selected form, the liver goes on top, and fill the container with the prepared sauce. We keep the dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Lazy dumplings in the oven

Required Products:

  • dumplings packaging;
  • 0.3 kg of tomato puree;
  • carrot and bulb;
  • four tablespoons of sour cream;
  • seasoning to taste;
  • 0.2 liters of water.

Cooking process:

  1. Grind onions and carrots, put in a pan and bring to a rosy color, then pour in tomato puree, sour cream, selected spices and water. After that, wait for the boil and remove.
  2. Pour the resulting sauce into the form, send dumplings there, cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, preheating it to 180 degrees.

Egg cooking option

Required Products:

  • 0.4 kg of dumplings;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • spices to your taste;
  • two eggs.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix sour cream with eggs, add seasonings, for example salt and black pepper. You can also add fresh herbs.
  2. We put the dumplings in a small form and completely cover with the prepared sauce, after which we bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Required Products:

  • one onion;
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 70 grams of cheese;
  • 0.1 kg of sour cream and butter;
  • a kilogram of sour cream;
  • spices to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Preheat the oven, put butter in a mold, heat it at 200 degrees and immediately spread the dumplings, mixing well, so that they are completely in the butter.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes, add a little hot water and put it in the oven again at the same time.
  3. Combine sour cream with grated cheese, spices and finely chopped onions, cover the dumplings with this mass and cook for another 20 minutes.

With vegetable gravy

Required Products:

  • three tomatoes;
  • dumplings packaging;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • spices to your taste;
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • one bell pepper;
  • 300 milliliters of broth;
  • one zucchini and eggplant.

Cooking process:

  1. We wash all the vegetables, cut them into small pieces, send them to the pan together with garlic and fry until they are beautiful, then pour them with broth or water and simmer until all the vegetables are soft.
  2. Put the dumplings in a form, top with vegetables and cook for half an hour at 190 degrees.

Baked cereals with buckwheat and mushrooms

Required Products:

  • 0.3 kg of mushrooms;
  • 4 cups flour;
  • one and a half glasses of water;
  • spices to taste;
  • a glass of buckwheat;
  • half a glass of vegetable oil;
  • two eggs;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • onion and two cloves of garlic.

Cooking process:

  1. Boil buckwheat, then eggs, turn them into cubes and mix with porridge.
  2. We chop the garlic, fry a little in oil, remove it and spread the chopped onion. Fry it until golden brown, add the mushrooms with plates, season with spices and keep on fire for another 15 minutes, combine with buckwheat.
  3. Pour water into the pan, then butter, bring to a boil, put spices, and then flour. The result should be an elastic lump of dough.
  4. When it cools down, we make small squares from the reservoir, put a little stuffing in each and fasten it on the sides in the form of a boat, so that the top is open.
  5. First, bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, then fill with water or broth, sour cream and stand for another 15 minutes.
