  • At the first stage you need to prepare circles (with a diameter of approximately 5.5 cm).   • warm water - 70 g (approximately);
  • chopped greens - 1 small bunch.

Cooking:

  1. Making a dough. Mash the yeast with a fork, dilute them with half a glass of warm milk (liquid temperature about 30 degrees), add sugar, mix gently until the components are completely dissolved. Cover, leave warm.
  2. In a large container, beat 1 egg with salt. Add the remaining milk. Slowly add the flour and mix. A wooden spatula is ideal for making dough. You need to mix quickly and for a short time so that the dough does not go wrong.
  3. After 10-15 minutes, mix the dough with dough. When using live yeast, you can not withstand this time interval, but immediately pour the dough. But in patient hostesses, the dough is more tender and magnificent.
  4. Quickly, but gently knead the dough with yeast, cover, wrap and clean in a warm place.

List of ingredients:

  • sifted wheat flour - 600 g;
  • kefir or buttermilk - 250 ml;
  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • butter - 70 g;
  • baking powder - 1 sachet.

Filling:

  • minced meat (lamb, veal) - 300 g;
  • apples (green) medium size - 2 pieces;
  • onions - 1 piece.

Cooking:

  1. Beat the eggs (1 whole and 1 yolk).
  2. Add soft butter and kefir to the egg foam - mix everything thoroughly with a mixer. The oil can be melted in a water bath, but do not bring it to a boil.
  3. Kefir-egg mixture is combined with flour mixed with baking powder. Having achieved the uniformity of the dough, crush it into a smooth lump, cover it with cling film to prevent it from weathering, and leave it warm. If soda (an incomplete teaspoon) is used instead of a baking powder, then it must be quenched with vinegar or lemon juice and added to a liquid mixture of kefir and eggs.

Cooking:
