Kulebyaka is considered an original Russian dish. This is a large closed convex-shaped pie with minced meat from four types of meat.The difference between kulebyaki and ordinary pie is that the dough for it should be thin and strong for heavy filling.   4. For the filling, fry the mushrooms, chop the boiled potatoes and ham.
  5. For pouring, beat the egg with milk, salt and pepper.
  6. We spread the filling into the baked base and fill everything with the egg-milk mixture. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes.
