  1. Pour salt and sweet sand into warm milk, add two types of butter and a raw egg whipped until light foam.
  2. Add all the dry yeast and literally a handful of flour. Beat the mixture until smooth.
  3. After 6 - 7 minutes, mix the rest of the flour into the dough. Make it thick and uniform, then cover with a film and leave for half an hour.
  4. Then put 2/3 of the mass into a rectangular glass mold and make the sides.
  5. Top with small pieces of meat, potatoes and onions, seasoned with salt and spices.
  6. Close future baking with the remaining dough rolled out into a thin sheet.
