Jam pie in a slow cooker is the fastest way to make a dessert in four steps. We mix the ingredients, put the dough in the multicooker bowl, pour jam and set the mode to “Baking”. Done!

Lenten jam cake in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • a kilogram of wheat flour;
  • half a liter of water;
  • vegetable oil - a couple of spoons;
  • one teaspoon of salt.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Sift the flour and gradually combine with warm water, stirring all the time so that no lumps are created.
  2. Add vegetable oil. It is better if it will be at room temperature or slightly warmed up.
  3. Salt and knead the dough with a semi-liquid consistency.
  4. Jam can be added both to the dough itself, and put a spoon in small drops on top of it already in the multicooker bowl.
  5. Set the mode "Baking" and bake until tender.

Kefir recipe

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml of kefir;
  • half a glass of granulated sugar;
  • two glasses of premium flour;
  • one spoon of melted butter or margarine;
  • five grams of baking soda;
  • half a glass of jam.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Sugar is mixed with kefir and beat with a whisk until the sweet crystals dissolve.
  2. Add flour and melted butter, mix thoroughly.
  3. Lastly, soda and a little salt are added.
  4. The mass is brought to a thick sour cream and poured into the bowl of a multicooker, pressure cooker.
  5. The finished pie is cut along and smeared both halves with any sour jam.
  6. Pie with kefir jam sprinkled with powdered sugar on top and served with tea.

With raspberry jam

Ingredients:

  • half a pack of oil;
  • half a package of baking powder;
  • one egg (C2);
  • one chicken yolk;
  • one spoon of wheat flour;
  • raspberry jam (60 - 100g, depending on the diameter of the crock-pot bowl).

 

Cooking method:

  1. Knead smooth dough from all components.
  2. It is divided into two parts and each is rolled into a cake.
  3. One cake is placed in an oiled bowl, smeared with jam and covered with a second cake.
  4. Jam pie is baked for about forty minutes.

Mistress note. If desired, the chilled cake can be slightly moistened with syrup made from equal parts of sugar, water and a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Simple whip cake

Ingredients:

  • two to three eggs (C1);
  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • two to three glasses of flour;
  • a pinch of soda extinguished with acetic acid;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • any jam.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Eggs are broken into a deep bowl (they are pre-rinsed under running water).
  2. Pour sugar and beat with a mixer or blender until the sweet crystals are ground.
  3. Add flour, mix the composition, add soda and salt a little.
  4. The resulting dough of uniform consistency is laid out in a bowl greased with oil.
  5. Top watered with jam and put the slow cooker on the "Baking" mode.

Mistress note. Cooking times may vary depending on your multicooker model. Therefore, if the cake is well baked from below and the top is lightly browned, turn it over and bake for no more than five minutes.

Sand baking in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • half a glass of flour;
  • up to 100 grams of starch;
  • an incomplete glass of sugar;
  • five chicken eggs;
  • butter or margarine (table) - one hundred grams;
  • salt;
  • jam;
  • vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until lush foam: with a mixer for 10 minutes, manually - 25 minutes.
  2. Softened oil is thoroughly rubbed until white.
  3. Both masses are combined, aromatic additives and flour are introduced, the dough is quickly kneaded.
  4. Spread it in a greased multicooker bowl, treat the top with jam and bake.

With strawberry jam

Ingredients in the dough:

  • flour (premium) - 150 grams;
  • granulated sugar - up to 100 grams;
  • butter - up to 100 grams;
  • 70 g of ground walnuts;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • grated lemon peel (optional);
  • two egg yolks.

For filling:

  • five whipped egg whites;
  • granulated sugar - 80 grams;
  • 50 grams of strawberry jam.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Sugar the sugar with yolks, add softened butter and mix everything with a whisk.
  2. Pour sifted flour, zest and powdered nuts.
  3. Mix the composition well and sprinkle the dough with lemon juice.
  4. In a greased multicooker bowl, spread the dough and bake until half cooked for about 20 minutes.
  5. Then the lid of the multicooker is opened, the cake is stuffed and baked until cooked for about 20 minutes.
  6. The cooled or warm dessert is cut into rhombuses or rectangles.

Mistress note. In order not to over-sweeten the pie, observe the rate of adding sugar and jam to the dough. If you do not like too sweet dessert, their number can be reduced.

How to cook in milk

Ingredients in the dough:

  • half a liter of milk;
  • two glasses of flour;
  • a glass of granulated sugar;
  • one hundred grams of honey;
  • two eggs;
  • butter (butter) - 60 g;
  • soda;
  • 15 g of cocoa;
  • 1.5 g ground cinnamon;
  • optionally crushed cloves.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Mix sugar, honey, eggs, butter, soda, cinnamon and cloves with a little flour.
  2. Introduce milk and the rest of the flour.
  3. Stir the dough and put it in a bowl greased.
  4. Top with a teaspoon spread jam. You can make a drawing of it or put it in small circles.
  5. Bake in a slow cooker.
  6. Cut the cake cold and serve it on the table, sprinkled with icing sugar or cocoa.

With apple jam

Ingredients:

  • 150 - 200 grams of apple jam;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • one hundred grams of granulated sugar;
  • one glass mixed with sour cream yogurt;
  • flour - a glass;
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • butter for greasing the bowl;
  • breadcrumbs.

 

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add yogurt and a little salt.
  2. Then gradually pour the flour mixed with baking soda.
  3. Knead the dough and add apple jam to it.
  4. Spread the resulting mass in a bowl, oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake dessert in a slow cooker for 20 - 25 minutes.

Mistress note. This cake can also be baked on a baking sheet, but then all the products are taken in one and a half - two times more.

Chocolate cake with jam

Ingredients:

  • premium flour (wheat) - two glasses;
  • cocoa powder - two teaspoons;
  • icing sugar - one teaspoon;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • margarine (table) - half packs;
  • chicken egg;
  • jam;
  • sour cream (thick) - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, soda.

Cooking method:

  1. Mix sugar with egg and sour cream, grind.
  2. Soft margarine, cocoa, powder are introduced and mixed.
  3. Pour the sifted flour and knead the chocolate dough.
  4. At the end of kneading, salt and soda are added.
  5. Bake in a slow cooker by turning on the “Oven” mode.
  6. The resulting cake is cut and smeared with jam.

Jam Cheese Pie

Ingredients per 100 grams of cream cheese:

  • a glass of flour;
  • cow's milk - a couple of spoons;
  • butter (butter) - a bar per 100 grams;
  • jam;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Soft butter is ground with flour.
  2. Add milk until a firm dough is obtained.
  3. Cheese is passed on a grater and combined with the dough, gently and evenly mixing.
  4. The resulting mass is distributed over the bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker, previously greased with fat.
  5. Bake on the corresponding function.
  6. Hot pie is cut into triangular pieces and watered with jam on top.

Jam pie is already not too difficult to prepare, and even when the process is using a double boiler, it’s completely elementary. It can easily be baked for breakfast or in the evening tea - tasty, aromatic, simple and cheap.
