The most delicate pies with cabbage in the oven are a low-calorie dish, and also a budget one. You can make dough for them at home or buy in a store. In any case, the basis is the filling - fresh or sauerkraut, which can be mixed with various products, giving an unusual taste and aroma.

Oven pies with cabbage - a classic recipe

The classic version of cooking pies in the oven involves kneading dough from products such as:

  • milk (glass);
  • sugar (2 tablespoons);
  • yeast (25 g);
  • flour (pound);
  • egg;
  • salt (spoon);
  • vegetable oil (4 tablespoons).

For the filling, cut the cabbage (half a kilo), add salt and crush it with your hands until the juice is released. Transfer to a hot frying pan with oil and fry until golden. For a couple of minutes until cooked, pepper.

Creating a culinary masterpiece begins with kneading the dough:

  1. We warm the milk.
  2. We mix the sugar-yeast mixture into it and put it in a warm place for a quarter of an hour.
  3. When the yeast rises a little, make a dough: mix a little flour in the yeast mixture and send the mass to heat for another half hour. By this time, its volume should become more than about 2 times.
  4. We knead all the remaining products (except flour) to get a homogeneous mass.
  5. Pour the flour a little, kneading a soft dough.
  6. Sprinkle it lightly with flour and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
  7. When the dough rises, you need to knead it well and only then start working with it.

  • a couple of glasses of milk;
  • 11 g of friable yeast.

The filling will be multi-component:

  • a pound of cabbage;
  • onion;
  • clove of garlic;
  • carrot;
  • a spoon of tomato paste;
  • a spoonful of sugar;
  • salt and pepper as you wish;
  • 3 tablespoons of boiled water;
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Tasty recipe: fried pies with cabbage in a pan

First, knead the uncooked dough. For this:

  1. Pour all the dry ingredients into the flour, vegetable oil, milk.
  2. Knead the soft dough.
  3. We remove it in a plastic bag, leaving a little free space for the approach.
  4. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Now we will do the filling. For this:

  1. Finely chop the cabbage, mix it with grated carrots, add salt and mash it with your hands until the juice is allocated.

  3. Stir finely chopped onions and fry the mass over low heat for 5 minutes.

  • yogurt (1.5 cups);
  • vegetable oil (3 tablespoons).

For the filling, take cabbage (about half a kilogram), carrots and onions.

How to knead the dough:

  1. Stir all dry ingredients.
  2. In the center, make a small hole and pour in it a spoonful of oil, and then a mixture of kefir and sour cream.
  3. Stir a little and pour out the remaining oil.
  4. Knead a homogeneous dough.

How to make the filling:

  1. Prepare the vegetables: chop the cabbage finely, chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots.

  • half a cabbage;

  • a pound of sauerkraut;
  • large onion;
  • a little sugar;
  • vegetable oil.

We prepare the dough in the dough method:

  1. Rub the yeast and sugar in warm water, add a few tablespoons of flour and leave for a third of an hour until a thick dough is formed.
