It will take only half a kilogram of flour and about one and a half glasses of milk. About 50 grams of sugar is used for taste. About 5 g of salt is added to the mixture. You also need a couple of eggs and a bag of “fast” yeast. Satiety will add oil. Used either 100 g of the creamy component or three tablespoons of vegetable.
  4. The first thing they do is make a dough. A handful of flour is diluted with warm milk, sugar and yeast are introduced. The workpiece should begin to rise. At this stage, it is poured into flour and, while stirring, the remaining components are added. The mixture is allowed to rise twice. Readiness is determined by consistency, the mass is easily behind hands.

The dough is divided by the selected number of balls, the size of an apple. You can roll them right away, laying on each workpiece about a tablespoon of the filling.   3. Then it is divided into small koloboks, which are rolled out in a thin layer. The filling is located in the center. The surface of each product is lubricated with protein or oil.

Bake better in a preheated oven. It takes about 40 minutes to fully cook. After placement, the fire is reduced.

From puff pastry

Fragrant puff pastry chicken pies will be the best meal for a family breakfast. At the same time financially affordable. It is enough to take 300 g of already cooked meat. As an alternative, ready-made raw minced meat stewed in a pan is used. Ready meat is cranked in a meat grinder. Salt is added. You can pepper, add chopped greens.

The packaging of the finished dough is taken. She is left in the room overnight to defrost. Two boards that are in the package are rolled out as thinly as possible and divided into 9 rectangles.   1. The dough is made from three glasses of flour and two eggs. Add a glass of milk or 100 g of sour cream to them. The mass may be yeast or lean. When choosing a yeast option, a bag of instant yeast is immediately introduced. Depending on preference, the addition of 50 g of sugar is allowed.
  2. The mixture is quite thick. To roll it, the surface is sprinkled with flour. The layer should be very thin. It is divided into even circles. On each put a teaspoon stuffing, pinch tightly and firmly.
