Favorite delicacy of Soviet children has not lost all the same popularity today. Based on the sources, it is impossible to understand exactly where this sweet "Anthill" originates, but some of them point to the Pennsylvania origin, where a similar dessert is prepared under the name "Ground Cake".

At the peak of popularity, the Soviet housewives had a homemade version of the confectionery, where sand dough made from flour, butter, sugar, sour cream and eggs was taken as the basis. The resulting composition was twisted through a meat grinder. The made sticks were baked, then crumbled, mixed with cream of condensed milk and butter. Ingredients:

  • can of condensed milk;
  • 100 g cream margarine;
  • 0.5 tbsp. homemade sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. wheat flour;
  • 0.5 tbsp. granulated sugar;

Cooking:
