You can try delicious pizza with shrimp not only in an expensive restaurant, but also at home, having prepared it yourself. You can take any dough for such baking - even puff will do. An already finished store product will greatly facilitate the task of the hostess.

Shrimp pizza with cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • a pound of finished yeast dough;
  • 40 g of fatty butter;
  • 1 incomplete glass of fat cream;
  • 250 - 300 g of small shrimp;
  • 150 g mozzarella balls;
  • 2 pinches of Italian herbs;
  • 1 tbsp. l flour;
  • salt;
  • 1 garlic clove;
  • 1 pinch of black sesame.

Cooking:

  1. Pour the flour into a dry cast-iron pan. With constant stirring, fry until golden brown.
  2. Add all the butter to the flour. Fry together for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in the cream. Bring the mixture to a boil. Salt, add dry herbs, add mashed garlic. Cook the sauce 2 - 3 minutes
  4. Boil shrimps until fully cooked, peel. Cheese balls cut in half.
  5. Form a base for round pizza from the dough. Generously coat it with creamy sauce.
  6. Put shrimp and cheese slices on top.
  7. Sprinkle the filling with black sesame seeds.

Bake pizza for no more than a quarter of an hour in the oven at medium temperature.

With the addition of mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • a pound of boiled little shrimp;
  • 700 g of pizza yeast dough;
  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 100 - 150 g of grated cheese;
  • Sweet ketchup and oregano to taste.

Cooking:

  • 2 raw eggs;
  • 150 g peeled shrimp;
  • 8 tbsp. l flour;
  • 150 g of chopped cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l classic mayonnaise;
  • 150 - 200 g of bacon;
  • 1 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • olives and pickles as desired;
  • a couple of pinches of dried herbs;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. For dough, mix sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Add flour. Drive raw eggs.
  2. Cook shrimps until tender, clean if necessary.
  3. Cut olives, tomato and pickled cucumbers into thin slices. Bacon - in small plates. Cheese is best simply grated coarsely.
  4. Heat a pan with vegetable oil. Pour homogeneous dough onto it from the first step.
  5. Put all the ingredients of the filling on top.
  6. Cover everything with cheese.

Homemade Shrimp and Pineapple Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of ready-made puff pastry (yeast-free);
  • 100 - 150 g “Gouda” (cheese);
  • 150 g of shrimp;
  • 2 tbsp. l classic mayonnaise and as much tomato sauce;
  • 150 g canned pineapple cubes.

Cooking:

  1. Defrost puff pastry. Do not roll thinly.
  2. Mix mayonnaise with a little pineapple syrup. Brush the resulting sauce with a puff base.
  3. Peel and boil shrimps until cooked.
  4. Squeeze pineapples from excess syrup and chop in small cubes.
  5. Put seafood and fruits on a prepared basis. Pour grated cheese on top.

Bake pizza with shrimp and pineapple for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

With chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of yeast dough;
  • 4 tbsp. l tomato puree;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 100 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan;
  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 100 g of shrimp;
  • a mixture of spices for pizza;
  • olive oil.

Cooking:

  1. Peel and leave the shrimp moist. It is not required to fry or cook them, seafood will reach readiness in the oven.
  2. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. Fry in hot olive oil until lightly browned.
  3. Roll out the dough in a circle. Spread tomato puree.
  4. First put chicken on the base, then shrimp. Sprinkle with spices.
  5. Cover everything with tomato slices, mozzarella slices and grated parmesan.

Bake pizza for 20 minutes at medium temperature.

With crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • 500 g pizza dough;
  • 300 - 350 g of shrimp;

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of finished dough;
  • ½ tbsp Caesar sauce;

  • 100 g of crushed parmesan and 200 g of hard cheese;

  • 350 g of shrimp.

  1. Peel the shrimp. Boil in boiling salt water for 3 minutes.
