  • 400 g flour;

Cooking from pumpkin

A set of necessary products:

  • 200 g pumpkin (pulp);

Lean oatmeal cookies

Since childhood, everyone knows the taste of this cookie. But you can bake it at home.

We need only:

  • 3 tbsp. l honey;
  • Art. oatmeal;
  • 6 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg;
  • Art. flour;
  • ¼ tsp salts;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • ½ tsp cinnamon and soda.

We start preparing the test for lean oatmeal cookies by mixing honey, water and oil. To do this, heat the mixture over low heat. All the time, stirring with a spoon or spatula, pour the first baking soda, which should be extinguished, and then nutmeg, salt and cinnamon.

Add the cereal with flour and knead the mass. It will turn out a little sticky. We leave, covering with a bag, for half an hour.

This is to ensure that oatmeal is saturated and swollen.

With our hands dipped in water, we roll the balls, which we put on a sheet covered with parchment and press down a little.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tbsp any jam;
  • ½ tbsp cocoa;

With banana

To prepare lean cookies, you need:

  • ripe banana;
  • 200 g of flour;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 130 g of sugar;
  • Art. l vinegar
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • 80 g of raisins;
  • Art. l lemon juice;
  • ½ tsp cardamom.

Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

To prevent it from darkening, immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

We fill it with granulated sugar and pour in the oil. Beat the mixture slightly with a mixer. Separately, we mix the flour with cardamom, here we also pour the sorted and washed raisins. We extinguish soda with lemon juice.

It is better to soak raisins in hot water in advance so that it gives its taste as much as possible.

Of all the prepared ingredients, knead the dough. We spread a large spoon on a sheet that is covered with parchment. It takes about 10 minutes to bake. The smell will spread throughout the house, but it is better to eat it chilled.

How to make lean shortbread cookies

Not only egg-based dough starts.

The set of products is as follows:

  • 1.5 tbsp. flour;
  • ½ tbsp starch;
  • 1/3 Art. vegetable oil;
  • ½ tbsp water;
  • 3 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • tsp baking powder;
  • ¼ tsp salt.

Inside we put:

  • Art. chopped nuts;
  • 3 tbsp. l granulated sugar.

We mix all the dry ingredients, while the flour should be sifted. We collect a slide in which we make a depression and pour water with oil. Quickly knead the dough with your hands and let it rest. Separately, in a cup, combine sugar with nuts.

Now the dough needs to be rolled thinly.It is desirable that you get a square or rectangle. Pour the filling onto the surface and evenly distribute. Cut into strips, which we turn into a roll. We spread each on parchment, carefully pinching the edge, and baking.

Carrot cookies

This fresh vegetable will also help create a wonderful dessert.

We will prepare:

  • Art. Sahara;
  • Art. grated carrots;
  • ¼ tsp salts;
  • tsp loosening powder;
  • a drop of vanillin;
  • ½ tbsp starch;
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour.

In a deep bowl, mix the grated, fresh carrots (preferably the smallest side) with sugar, salt, vanilla and butter.

Sift the flour separately, add starch, baking powder and begin to introduce the mixture into the carrot mass. It will turn out a liquidish dough, which is better to spread on a greased baking sheet with a large spoon. But, if desired, moisten your hands and try to roll the buns.

After 15 minutes, you can get carrot cookies from the oven. Cool, garnish with icing sugar and serve.

Step cooking with ginger

You can spoil yourself with such a dessert not only during the Christmas holidays.

Prepare:

  • 3 tbsp. l honey;
  • 150 ml of water (warm);
  • 5 tbsp. l bran;
  • 7 tbsp. l olive oil;
  • a small piece (about 2x2) of fresh ginger or 2 tsp. ground;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • ½ tsp salts;
  • ½ tsp soda;
  • tsp cloves, cinnamon;
  • 300 g of flour.

It is necessary to act as follows:

  1. Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender bowl, add ginger, soda, salt and all spices. We achieve uniformity.
  2. Pour flour with bran and knead the dough. It should not stick to your hands and be elastic.
  3. Roll out a layer with a rolling pin less than 1 cm thick. Cut into identical pieces or knock out our lean cookies with cookie cutters.
  4. In a hot oven, it will bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
