  1. In water at room temperature, we dilute the acid with sugar and salt.
  2. We combine the flour with soda and gradually mix it into the water.
  3. As in many classic dough recipes, oil is introduced last.

  • flour - 200 g;
  • water - 150 ml;
  • margarine (vegetable) - 75 g;
  • honey - 45 g;
  • sugar - 40 g;

  1. We measure out the necessary amount of flour, salt and sugar, and then mix these components with melted margarine, warm water and soy milk.

  • wheat flour - one and a half cups;
  • buckwheat flour - 45 g;
  • fresh pressed yeast - 25 g;
  • sugar - 25 g;
  • salt - 8 g;
  • oil - to taste, for frying;
  • water - as needed, but not less than a glass.

To prepare perfect lean pancakes with yeast, we follow the following recommendations:

  1. About 12 hours before the start of frying pancakes, we mix the whole mass of buckwheat and half the mass of wheat flour.
  2. Pour into a mixture of two varieties of flour yeast, diluted in 1/2 cup of warm water. After mixing the composition, we send it to the refrigerator.
  3. In the morning or just after 12 hours, we interfere with the remaining amount of wheat flour, salt, sugar.
  4. Again, let the test stand, waiting for the increase in mass. It will take about half an hour.
  5. Now we pour warm water in small portions, achieving a thick consistency of the dough - it should be like fat sour cream.
  6. And only now we begin to prepare pancakes.

On rice broth

For cooking we get:

  • flour - 500 g;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • rice - 340 g;
  • sugar - 75 g;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • raisins - 1 glass;
  • salt - a pinch.

Let's start cooking:

  1. The specified amount of rice is boiled in three liters of water until cooked. After filtering the rice broth, you should get about 1.5 liters of the finished base for pancakes. In this case, the decoction should not be excessively thick: the permissible density is liquid jelly. Before combining with other ingredients, the broth must be cooled.
  2. In the broth, we mix the flour, sugar, salt, oil and soda.
  3. Liquid sour cream - just such a consistency should turn out the dough for pancakes.

Such pancakes go well with sweet raisins. To make this treat, wash and briefly steam raisins in sweet hot water.
