For the test you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream (preferably 20%);
  • 2.5 tbsp. sifted flour;
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 1/3 tsp salts;
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g butter / margarine.

To prepare the dough you will need two containers:

  1. We break the egg and sour cream into the container, mix them until smooth. It is better to use a mixer for this.
  2. Beat the ingredients until smooth. Then, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and hot oil, continue to whisk.
  3. In another container, mix flour, salt and soda.
  4. We drive the flour into a bowl with sour cream and egg, knead the dough with a spoon. It is advisable to add flour in parts - so as not to get lumps.
  5. If necessary, add flour. The consistency of the test should be thick.
  6. After mixing all the ingredients, put the finished dough on a table sprinkled with flour, knead a little with your hands, leave for a quarter of an hour.
  7. We begin to roll out the dough layer 1-1.5 cm thick. To prevent the dough from sticking to the surface of the table, sprinkle the tabletop with plenty of flour.
  8. Squeeze the cakes with a glass.
  9. Sour cream donuts can be fried in a dry frying pan with a non-stick surface without oil. While they will be fried on one side, cover the pan with a lid. When the dough is sufficiently fried, turn over, but no longer cover the pan, but only allow the products to dry from the upper side.

Grandma's baking

Ingredients can be found in your own kitchen:

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream 20% fat;
  • 400 g sifted flour for donuts and 80 g flour for dusting;
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • ¼ teaspoon quicklime soda;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder for dough;
  • vanilla to taste;
  • refined oil.

Grandma’s crumpet recipe is very easy - step by step mix all the ingredients in the following order:

  1. In one container, combine sour cream, eggs, vanilla, sugar.
  2. Pour the flour gradually and stir with a spoon until the dough thickens. When it thickens - put on the table with flour. Do not knead very thick dough, the products will not turn out soft.
  3. We roll out the dough with a rolling pin, it should be about 1 cm thick. You should be careful not to overdo it with flour, it should be very slightly so that it does not stick to the table or rolling pin.
  4. With the help of a glass or a special mold we make crumpets.
  5. Pour oil into the pan, about 1.5-2 cm, do not heat it very much. Before placing products, you need to shake off the remnants of flour - so that it does not burn. Fry until golden on both sides.
  6. It is advisable to spread the cakes on paper towels - this will remove excess oiliness.

Cooking with sugar

For the test you need to take the following products:

  • 1 tbsp. milk / yogurt;
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dry yeast;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. l refined oil;
  • 3 cups flour.

To prepare the icing you will need the following ingredients:

  • 100 g of sour cream 15% fat;
  • 50 g of sugar.

Mix in the following order:

  1. Heat milk or yogurt to 37 degrees, pour in yeast.
  2. Then add salt and sugar, beat in an egg and add a little flour, knead the dough with a spoon.
  3. It is possible to understand that the dough is formed by its consistency, it should not spread. Now you need to cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for about one hour so that the yeast ferments. If the dough is well enough, the crumpets will grow in volume, and you get a delicate taste.
  4. We proceed to the test section into approximately twelve smooth parts. So that it does not stick to the hands, it is better to lubricate them with sunflower oil. Spread the semi-finished product on a greased table surface or board.
  5. After the dough section, you can start rolling, the thickness of the dumplings should be up to 1 cm.
  6. Fry in hot oil in a frying pan on both sides until golden.
  7. The best way to serve hot donuts is hot with sour cream, sprinkled with plenty of sugar - this will turn out to be sweet icing.

Homemade donuts on sour cream in the oven

  • 300 g of wheat flour;
  • 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of fat sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of semolina;
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower refined oil;
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1/5 teaspoon of soda;
  • 2-3 g of salt.

To cook the cakes in the oven, mix all the ingredients in the correct order:

  1. In the container, mix the egg with salt and sugar.
  2. Add sour cream.
  3. Pour and mix soda and semolina alternately - this will give softness and volume for the crumpets during baking. It is necessary to ensure that no lumps from semolina remain in the test.
  4. Before adding cottage cheese to the dough, you need to grind it through a sieve - this will make it airy and uniform.
  5. Add sunflower oil and mix.
  6. Pour in a little flour. If the sour cream turned out to be liquid, more may be needed to obtain the necessary consistency of flour. But you need to add a little bit of it - this will help not to make the dough “clogged”. One can understand his readiness if it has ceased to adhere to the hand.

  • 1 tbsp. flour;
  • 1 tbsp. water;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 1/5 teaspoon of baking soda;

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

  1. Pour water into the container, preferably warm, mix it with soda, salt and sugar.
  2. After that, we begin to add flour a little.
  3. Shape the dumplings with your hands.To prevent the dough from sticking to your fingers, you need to dust them with flour. Also sprinkle on the countertop.
  4. Fry in a hot pan.

On sour cream and kefir

It’s easy to make fragrant crumpets.

  • 450 g of flour;
  • 1 tbsp. fat yogurt;
  • 1 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp soda;
  • ½ tsp salts;
  • 6 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • vanillin;
  • lemon peel.

For the recipe to work out, prepare two containers for mixing the ingredients.

  1. In one bowl, mix kefir, sour cream and soda. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  2. In another container, beat the egg, sugar, salt and butter together.
  3. Mix together the ingredients from two containers.
  4. Gradually add flour pre-mixed with lemon peel. It is advisable to pour it gradually, then lumps can be avoided. Do not knead the dough for a long time, it should turn out to be a liquidish consistency - this will provide airiness.
  5. It is necessary to prepare the surface for the formation of products - grease not only the table, but also the hands. Then dust the table with flour a little, and put the dough in the shape of a ball - it will be more convenient to roll it out. The required thickness of the cake is up to 1 cm.
  6. Products are extruded using a mold.
