Classic Mushroom Risotto Recipe

  2. In another pan, fry finely chopped onions, you can add garlic. Then we spread the rice there, pour in the wine and wait for it to evaporate.

  4. To the products we put the remaining butter, grated cheese and mix. And a few minutes before the readiness we combine everything with fried mushrooms.

Cooking with Chicken

To prepare such a dish, it is better to take fillets.

Required Products:

  • two tablespoons of butter;
  • spice;
  • 0.2 kg of chicken;
  • 150 grams of mushrooms;
  • bulb;
  • 0.5 liters of broth;
  • 30 grams of cheese;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 0.150 kg of rice.

Cooking process:

  1. First of all, boil the fillet.
  2. In a hot frying pan with butter, fry chopped onions and garlic.

Another way to cook is risotto in a slow cooker. It turns out no less tasty, but made easier.

  • 150 grams of rice;

  • 100 milliliters of dry white wine;
  • 30 grams of cheese.

Cooking process:

  1. First, fry the chopped onions and chopped mushrooms in a pan, transfer them to the multicooker bowl.
  2. On top we cover the prepared foods with rice, add spices, pour in the wine and broth.
  3. We cook in the “Pilaf” mode, and then turn on “Heating” for 10 minutes.

Required Products:

  • 200 grams of mushrooms;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 40 grams of cheese;
  • seasonings;
  • dry white wine - 100 milliliters;
  • 0.8 liters of broth;
  • 0.3 kg of barley;
  • one onion;
  • 0.2 liters of cream.

Cooking process:

  1. We rinse the cereal, fill it with water and let it stand for about 60 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, you should fry chopped onions with garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Then add the cereal, keep it on the fire for some time and pour the wine. Wait for it to evaporate.
  4. Pour the broth in portions - the cereal should absorb it completely.
  5. Season the almost finished dish with spices, then pour in the cream, warm it up a bit and combine with grated cheese before serving.

With vegetables

Required Products:

  • 0.5 kg of rice;
  • seasonings and herbs;
  • 0.3 kg of mushrooms;
  • onion and carrot;
  • two tomatoes and sweet pepper;
  • one and a half liters of broth.

Cooking process:

  1. Grind onions and carrots, send to the pan and fry.
  2. We spread the tomatoes there into cubes, chopped pepper and keep everything on fire for a few more minutes.
  3. Then add the mushrooms. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated, and fill the rice.
  4. Pour the broth in portions, season with spices and remove the dish when all the liquid is absorbed.

Porcini Risotto

It is advisable to cook risotto with porcini mushrooms with parsley, then the dish turns out to be somewhat richer.

Required Products:

  • spice;
  • 40 grams of cheese;
  • 50 grams of butter;
  • 0.35 kg of ceps;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • liter of broth;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 0.5 kg of rice.

Cooking process:

  1. Fry chopped garlic first, then put the mushrooms, season them with spices, add parsley and keep on the stove for a few more minutes.
  2. In another pan, lightly fry the rice in butter, start pouring the broth so that the rice has time to absorb it.
  3. When half the broth remains, put the mushrooms in the rice and mix.
  4. Top up the broth, bring the rice to readiness, pour in the grated cheese and the remaining parsley.

  • one and a half glasses of rice;

  • 150 grams of mushrooms;

  1. In a preheated frying pan with butter, fry chopped garlic, onions and mushrooms.
  2. Now you should add rice, keep everything on fire for about seven minutes, pour in the wine and broth. Cook until liquid is absorbed. At this point, you can add the necessary spices.
  3. 10 minutes before cooking, put seafood, a little butter, grated cheese and mix.

Mushroom Risotto with Cheese

  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 0.3 kg of mushrooms;

  • 200 grams of rice;
  • 0.8 liters of broth.

Cooking process:

  1. Chop the onion, fry it in a pan, mix with mushrooms and wait until the liquid evaporates.
  2. In another pan, lightly fry the rice, pour the broth, season with selected spices, and then combine with the mushrooms.

  2. When all the liquid has boiled out, add rice, hold it for a couple of minutes on fire.

  4. Start adding the broth in portions.
  5. When it is almost all over, season the dish with spices, combine with grated cheese and serve for dinner.

With oyster mushroom at home

Required Products:

  • 0.3 kg oyster mushroom;
  • spice;
  • clove of garlic;
  • a glass of rice;
  • one onion;
  • 0.7 liters of broth;
  • two tablespoons of butter;
  • a spoon of sour cream.

Cooking process:

  1. Warm the pan, put the butter there and start frying the chopped garlic and onions, and then the oyster mushrooms. Season all with spices.
  2. Pour rice into the same place, pour portionwise the broth, not allowing the dish to burn.
  3. When the rice becomes almost soft, put the sour cream, mix and serve, after 15 minutes.
