He needs the following ingredients:

  • fish fillet - 700 grams;
  • hard cheese - from 80 to 100 grams;

We make tomato "cream". We cut tomatoes, giving them the appearance of medium-sized cubes. Cheese is passed through a grater with medium-sized cells. Finely chop the garlic, or compress with garlic press. We season it all with mayonnaise and sour cream, add and carefully mix.

Now it's the filet. Divide it into portions, sprinkle each with spices and dip in breadcrumbs.

After we add tomato cubes and garlic slices. Let the vegetable set be swept as much as before, already under the "Stewing" program. Then add chopped greens, salt and seasonings to it, and extend the stew for another five to seven minutes.

Finally, place the fillet slices on the vegetables and cover with a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika on top. The last stage of extinguishing is limited to 25 minutes.

  • breadcrumbs - 50 grams.

  • boiled rice - one glass is enough;
  • onion and carrot - one at a time;
  • lemon juice - at least two tablespoons;
  • vegetable oil (odorless) - the same amount;
  • butter - 100 grams is enough;
  • water - ½ cup;
  • salt and black pepper - according to your preference.
