  • cod fillet - 800 g;
  • cloves of garlic - 3 pcs.;

  • Pelati (canned tomatoes without peel) - 300 g;
  • spices for fish, herbs, laurel leaf.

Cooking method:

  1. Finely chop the onion, rub the peeled carrots coarsely.
  2. Pour fragrant oil into the dishes of the kitchen unit, put the vegetable slices, chopped herbs, crushed garlic. We cook the products for half an hour in the open state on the "Fry" mode.
  3. We expect a sound signal, add chopped tomatoes to the saucepan of the device, place the cod fillet divided into portions in the marinade.
  4. Season the composition with pepper and salt, selected spices, gently mix everything. We continue cooking for another 20 minutes in the same mode.

We spread the fish in a deep plate, pour the vegetable marinade, sprinkle with chopped herbs.

List of ingredients:

  • egg;
  • cucumbers (pickled or pickled) - 50 g;
  • onions, sweet carrots - 1 pc.;
  • fresh sour cream - 60 g;
  • mackerel - 500 g;
  • cheese (any grade) - 70 g;
  • spices (salt, pepper).

Before starting the heat treatment of fish in a slow cooker, we remove its inedible elements - scales, fins and the tail, head and entrails. We always do these manipulations if we are preparing the product in the marinade.

Cooking method:

  1. We process the mackerel by the proposed method, we get the ridge, we extract all the bones.
  2. In a bowl we combine high-quality sour cream, salt and an egg, thoroughly mix the composition, grease the fish with the resulting sauce, season with the desired amount of pepper.
  3. We clean and wash the vegetables. We place the carcass at the bottom of the bowl of the kitchen unit. Top with finely chopped onions, coarsely grated carrots, apply a net from the remaining sour cream mixture.
  4. We finish the assembly of products with cucumbers chopped into thin slices. Sprinkle everything with cheese chips.
  5. We set the unit to “Steam” mode, the cooking time is 30 minutes.

  2. We combine soy sauce, olive oil and juice squeezed from part of the lemon in the bowl of the unit. A little pepper and salt mixture, based on personal preferences. If desired, use spices and spices.
  3. We peel and wash the onions and root vegetables, chop about the same circles. We also cut the tomato.

We continue our culinary delights with no less appetizing dishes in a piquantly decorated aromatic sauce.

Essential Ingredients:

  • sunflower oil - up to 50 ml;
  • sweet pepper pod;
  • not very large fish (pollock, cod, hake suitable) - 3 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • cloves - 2 buds;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • vinegar (9%) - 9 ml;
  • salt, pepper (including peas);
  • a pinch of regular sugar;
  • flour - up to 60 g;
  • celery root - 120 g

Cooking process:

  1. We completely process the fish, lightly salt, divide into portions, breading with sifted flour.
  2. Cut into half rings an onion without husks. Peeled celery chopped into strips, rub coarsely carrots. We free the tomatoes from the skin (scald, then immerse in ice water) and break with an immersion blender to a puree state.
  3. We turn on the unit, activate the program "Frying", pour in the bottom of the bowl of the device aromatic oil. When the composition warms up well, fry the fish to a dense crust, then transfer to a plate.

Ingredients Used:

  • sunflower oil;
  • turnip onion - 1 pc.;
  • ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • pitted cod fillet - 400 g;
  • thick sour cream / curd cheese - 50 g;
  • honey - 20 g;
  • spices (salt, pepper) - according to preferences;
  • a bunch of green feather onions.

To save the fish from a specific smell, you just need to sprinkle the meat with a small amount of juice squeezed from a small lemon.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. We wash the tomatoes and peeled onions, chop the products with thin rings.
  2. We spread sour cream, chopped green feather, honey, and a pinch of pepper and salt on a plate. We combine the components of the marinade.
  3. We foil the bottom of the bowl of the appliance with foil, spray the paper with oil, place a slightly salted fish meat on it.
  4. Pour cod with fragrant sauce, put the vegetable composition on top. We close the components of the dish with the free ends of the paper.
  5. We turn on the multicooker for the “Baking” mode, we cook the products for 30 minutes.

Boiled rice or asparagus can be served as a side dish for delicious dishes - a great addition to cod fillet under the marinade!

The presented recipe for a universal sauce with equal success provides a great taste and aroma of both meat and many fish dishes. To make sure of this is best from my own experience!

  • sunflower oil - 30 ml;
  • small carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • zander - 800 g;
  • tomato juice - ½ cup;
  • turnip onions;
  • lemon peel - 2 tsp;
  • filtered water - 230 ml;
  • spices, laurel leaf.

Cooking sequence:

  1. We divide the pre-processed fish into portions, rub the lemon zest, a little pepper and salt. Leave the product for 30 minutes in a sealed container.
  2. In the meantime, turn on the slow cooker, set the “Baking” program. Pour fragrant oil into the pan of the appliance, heat the composition and fry the pieces of pike perch in it until a soft golden hue.
  3. We take the fish out of the pan, put in its place coarsely grated carrots and chopped onions. We pass the vegetables to softness, after which we place portions of fish to them.
  4. We change the mode of operation of the device to "Extinguishing" and leave the components of the dish for an hour soaked in mutual aromas and tastes.

Serve with french fries or boiled rice. The food is equally good when hot or cold.

Someone will be incredibly surprised and alert - how can you entrust the preparation of a noble marine creature to some device? And in vain! Red fish from the multicooker will worthily decorate any holiday table.

Ingredients Composition:

  • lean oil - 80 ml;
  • pink salmon - 400 g;
  • flour - 60 g;
  • spices, green onion feather.

Marinade:

  • lean oil - 50 ml;
  • tomato puree - 40 g;
  • carrots, onions - 200 g each;
  • peppercorns, bay leaf;
  • drinking water - 600 ml;
  • flour - 60 g.

Cooking:

  1. We analyze the processed fish on a filet. To do this, cut a piece of pink salmon into thin long slices and divide them in half.
  2. We process layers of fish meat with pepper and salt, leave for half an hour in this state.In order to evenly pan red fish to form an appetizing rosy in the process of frying, dry each piece of the separated fillet dry.
  3. Pour the fragrant oil into the multicooker pan, start the “Fry” program and set the cooking time to a quarter of an hour.
  4. Pour a portion of flour on a plate and carefully roll each piece of fish in a bulk product. We place the workpiece in a bowl with a boiling composition and fry until cooked.
  5. Having finished the heat treatment of pink salmon, we clean the capacity of the unit, pour in a new portion of oil and fry the finely chopped straws vegetables in it. The operating mode of the device is left on the already selected option.
  6. After 10 minutes, attach the tomato paste, peppercorns, filtered water. We turn on the “Boiling” program on the multicooker and set the timer for 15 minutes.
  7. Pour 50 ml of purified water into the bowl, pour flour into the liquid and stir it with a fork, breaking the lumps formed. The resulting mixture is added to the rest of the preparation, connecting the components of the sauce with a silicone spatula.

We make the dish. We place the golden slices of pink salmon on a serving plate, fill with the cooked marinade, decorate with a chopped green onion feather. Beauty!
