Cooking fish meatballs in sour cream sauce is as follows:

  1. We grind the fish in a meat grinder or blender and at the same time soak the bread in milk.
  2. Mix chopped onion with the above ingredients, after squeezing the milk from the bread.
  3. Beat the egg, salt.
  4. Blind spherical meatballs, roll in breadcrumbs, fry in a pan.
  5. Preparation of sauce: mix melted butter with water, adding flour. Stir until a homogeneous consistency, salt. Pour in sour cream. Leave to boil.

You will need these ingredients:

  • fish (hake or pollock) - 500 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • bread - 2 slices;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tsp;
  • salt.

For gravy:

  • fish broth - 500 ml;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 50 ml;
  • sour cream - 6 tbsp. l .;
  • salt.

The cooking method is as follows:

  1. Rinse the fish thoroughly. Separate meat from bone, cut off fins and tail. Scraps and bones put in water and put on the stove. Bring to a boil and leave to cook the fish broth for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind the fillet in a meat grinder.
  3. Cut onions into large pieces and sauté in sunflower oil. Together with soaked bread, twist it in a meat grinder.
  4. Add the egg and salt to the minced meat and mix by hand.
  5. Filter the prepared broth and prepare the vegetables for the gravy.
  6. Preheat the oven.
