Charlotte with bananas is a dessert with a mild and pleasant taste that many people will like. Fruits must be selected very ripe, then the cake will turn out to be sweet and tasty.

What is needed:

  • one and a half cups of premium flour;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 ripe bananas;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a tablespoon of butter.

This time we are preparing a pie in a slow cooker:

  1. In a deep bowl, beat the egg whites in a dense foam. Pour sugar and beat until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the yolks, add flour and mix the composition so that there are no lumps.
  3. Rub a piece of butter along the walls and bottom of the multicooker pan. Pour the whole dough, put the bananas cut into pieces on top.
  4. Set the “Baking” mode to 40 minutes.Readiness to check with a toothpick - if it remains dry and without pieces of dough, then the cake is ready.
  5. But do not rush to remove it from the bowl. Leave charlotte for a while in the slow cooker. So it will be better to keep the shape, and it is easier to cut. Warm pastries would be good to pour with banana syrup before serving.

With apples

Components:

  • a glass of flour;
  • 2 bananas and an apple;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • tsp baking powder.

How to cook:

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, pour sugar. Beat with a mixer so that the mixture becomes twice as large.
  2. Separately combine the flour with the baking powder and pour the resulting composition into the liquid mass from the previous step. Make the mixer a mixture of uniform consistency.
  3. Cut the apples into small slices and, if desired, peel. Mash bananas into gruel.
  4. Spread the butter over the baking dish. Put apples on the bottom, send banana puree on them and pour dough on everything.
  5. In a preheated oven to 200 ° C, place the mold for 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the dessert with a toothpick. The cake should turn golden brown.
  6. Remove the dessert from the mold, cool slightly and serve warm.

Charlotte with bananas and oranges

Ingredients:

  • a glass of flour and sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • banana and orange;
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the banana into circles. Peel the orange from the zest and skins, and cut the flesh into small pieces. When cutting, an orange gives off a lot of juice; it needs to be collected separately in a cup.
  2. Beat eggs with a mixer for 5 minutes, add sugar and vanilla sugar, beat for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour slowly and stir the dough with a spoon. It should not be very thick.
  4. Lubricate the multicooker bowl and pour the dough into it. Gently lay the fruit on top.
  5. Set the baking program for 50 minutes. After this time, turn off the multicooker and leave the charlotte inside for another 10 minutes.
  6. Turn the bowl over to the dish, wait another 5 minutes, so that the dessert “slips”. Pour it with the remaining orange juice.
  7. After complete impregnation, it remains only to sprinkle charlotte with powdered sugar.

Kiwi recipe

What to do:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 4 kiwi
  • 4 eggs;
  • a glass of flour;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of soda.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with a whisk. Add the ingredients to them in the following order: sugar, soda, flour. After adding each, beat the composition. Thickness should be like sour cream with good fat content.
  2. Cut bananas and kiwi into medium-sized rounds.

  • 4 eggs and a banana;
  • half a glass of semolina;
  • 100 g of cocoa;
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • a bag of vanilla sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • powdered sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Cut bananas into slices and set aside.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar to make a thick foam. Combine flour and baking powder separately, then pour cocoa and salt.
  3. The dry mixture is gradually added to the liquid, mixing well.It should be a dough of medium density.
  4. Oil the walls and bottom of the mold, sprinkle with semolina. Lay in half the fruit. Pour all the dough and distribute the remaining bananas on top.
