It is also worth mentioning separately that Sinupret is available in the form of syrup. Thanks to this, the drug is much easier to give to children who are more willing to drink it.
Cinnabsin, in turn, can be used to prevent the disease, while Sinupret is already taken on the fact of its presence to reduce symptoms.

However, in case the patient has a catarrhal disease, then both drugs can be used in combination. In this case, they complement each other, increasing the strength of each of the drugs. But you must always remember that treatment can only be prescribed by a specialist.
What is better Sinupret or Rinofluimucin
Rinofluimucil is a cheaper analogue of Sinupret, but, unlike the latter, has two main components that are not natural. In view of this, Rinofluimucil has slightly different contraindications, a different dosage regimen. It acts exclusively locally (Sinupret has a more general, systemic effect on the body).

The most suitable remedies for such small patients will be Erespal and Umkalor. The first can be used from 2 years, and the second - from one year of life. In the category of “substitute,” Umkalor is nevertheless closer. Like Sinupret, it is completely plant-based (the main substance is an extract from the roots of pelargonium), therefore Umkalor has a significantly lower number of contraindications and has a significantly less side effect on the child's body than all analogues.
Erespal is also a very popular treatment for diseases of the respiratory system. In pediatrics, it is used only in the form of a syrup. But it is worthwhile to understand that Erespal is more a cough medicine than sinusitis. However, one of the additional effects is a decrease in the level of inflammation, including in the nasopharynx, which accelerates the course of treatment.
