  • mushrooms (champignons or any forest ones will do) - 270 g;
  • zucchini;
  • bulb;

  • three tomatoes;
  • carrot;
  • celery;
  • garlic - three cloves;
  • squeezed juice of one lemon;
  • parsley, olive oil.

Cooking method:

  1. On prepared carcasses of fish, we make several shallow cuts along the diagonal.
  2. Rub them abundantly with a mixture of oil, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
  3. We cut mushrooms arbitrarily and fry together with garlic until soft.
  4. Peeled tomatoes, as well as pepper and zucchini, cut into cubes, onions - half rings, slices - carrots and celery.
  5. Stew vegetables. First, cook carrots with onions, then take turns spreading zucchini, pepper and celery. Last are the tomatoes.
