  • regular sugar - 200 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa powder - 70 g;
  • baking soda - 8 g;
  • sifted flour - 260 g;
  • breadcrumbs, black chocolate.

For cream we prepare:

  • vanillin;
  • homemade sour cream - 500 ml;
  • icing sugar - up to 100 g.

To soak the cake you will need:

  • cognac, boiled water - 2 tbsp each. l .;
  • icing sugar - 2 tsp.

Cooking method:

  1. Place fresh eggs in a bowl of a food processor or mixer. Add granulated sugar, beat the composition for up to 5 minutes, using the high speed of the unit. We get a lush mass of light shade.
  2. Now we certainly add homemade fat sour cream. Despite the fact that the dough recipe contains a fermented milk product that can quench soda, we dilute it in vinegar to exclude the taste of sodium bicarbonate in the finished product.
  3. Stir the mixture, sift portions of flour (in two or three doses), without stopping breaking all the resulting lumps. Loose composition can be a little more or less, so that as a result of kneading a dough is obtained, the consistency is slightly thicker than high-quality homemade sour cream.
  4. We divide the mass equally into two bowls. One part of the product is mixed with cocoa powder.
  5. We process split molds with oil, pour the prepared dough into different baking dishes, send it to the oven (180 ° C) for 30 minutes. Do not open the oven for the first 20 minutes. We get the finished cakes, another quarter of an hour leave the baking on the wire rack.
  6. Beat the cream components with a mixer. To do this, we spend no more than 2 minutes so that fat sour cream does not turn into oil.
  7. Cut the golden crumpets into halves, separate the fried crusts, combine them with the cream, spread on the middle layer of the cake during its decoration.
  8. We mix the ingredients of the impregnation, carefully treat each cake with the composition, then generously grease with a thick cream. We lay the dumplings on top of each other in any desired order.

Thickly sprinkle sour cream cake with small chocolate chips, leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator, and only then proceed to tasting the goodies.

Cooking in a slow cooker

Cooking baked goods in our beloved miracle saucepan is a pleasant and very simple task.

Product Composition:

  • thick sour cream - 210 g;
  • flour - 130 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • butter - up to 6 g;
  • baking powder - 10 g;

To get the cream, put in a jug of a submersible blender a glass of very oily sour cream, the same amount of powdered sugar and vanillin, added at will. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a home appliance.

Cooking Cake:

  1. We process the inside of the multicooker bowl with a piece of oil. Lubricate the sides no higher than two-thirds of the capacity.
  2. We combine sour cream, eggs and white sugar in a convenient bowl. Beat the composition for 2 minutes with a mixer. Add baking powder and sifted flour. We continue to work for another minute, then pour the mass into the saucepan of the home unit. Set the baking mode for 50 minutes.
  3. After the set time, turn the product over, cook another 10 minutes.

Almost no sweets can do without a product invented by the Maya Indians - chocolate. Sour cream cake was no exception.

Necessary components:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • cocoa powder - 40 g;
  • sour cream (fat content 25%) - 420 g;
  • regular sugar - 200 g;
  • baking powder - 9 g;
  • flour - 120 g;
  • vanillin;
  • black chocolate - 60 g;
  • wild strawberries or other berries - decoration elements.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Place fresh eggs and ½ amount of regular sugar in a bowl. Beat products with a mixer. We continue the process by adding portions of pre-sifted flour mixed with cocoa powder. We get a slightly liquid homogeneous mass.
  2. Pour the dough into the oil-treated form, send it for 25 minutes to the oven, heated to 180 ° C. Cut the cooled cake into two halves. This is most conveniently done using a cooking line.
  3. Now prepare the sour cream. To do this, beat the fermented milk product with the remaining sugar. We process parts of the cake with the resulting lush mass, form a cake. Sprinkle it densely with chocolate chips, decorate the dessert with strawberries or other fresh berries.

Cake with sour cream and sponge cakes

We offer a basic recipe for baking. It is our will to improvise with confectionery fragrances, natural flavors, and the appearance of the cake.

Product List:

  • flour and white sugar - 200 g each;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • icing sugar - 200 g;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • fat sour cream - 800 g.

Order of preparation:

  1. All the components of the dish are pre-assembled in one place so that they have the same room temperature. We combine lightly beaten egg whites with ½ amount of sugar, continue to process the products with a mixer.
  2. In the same way, beat the proteins for two minutes until a dense peaks state.Add a pinch of salt, then add a spoonful of sugar using the rest of the white granules. When placing the last portion, pour vanillin.
  3. Combine both of the resulting composition, sift the flour. To prevent eggs from settling, knead the dough by hand.
  4. We pour the aromatic mass into the dishes prepared for baking, send the workpiece for half an hour to the oven. The cooled biscuit is divided into parts. Their number depends on the diameter of the mold.
  5. Combine the powder and vanillin with sour cream, mix thoroughly, lubricate each cake with the cream obtained, and form a cake.

With the addition of cottage cheese

You can cook a wonderful sour cream without using an oven. This method is especially popular in the summer, when the heat from the stove is not a very pleasant phenomenon.

Required Components:

  • whole milk - 100 ml;
  • gelatin - 15 g;
  • vanillin;
  • high-quality cottage cheese, thick sour cream - 500 g each;
  • regular sugar (can be replaced with liquid honey) - 60 g;
  • cocoa powder - 50 g;
  • fresh berries.

Cooking Technology:

  1. Initially, dissolve the gelatin in half the composition of the milk, leave for two hours to swell. When all the grains are combined with the liquid, pour in the rest of the milk, continue to cook in a water bath. We heat (do not boil!) The mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. By the time of placement in the dough, the jelly-like component should cool.
  2. We spread the cottage cheese and sugar in a spacious dish, carefully rub the products, then add homemade sour cream and vanillin. We mix everything well, we get a homogeneous mass without lumps of a little liquid consistency.
  3. We introduce the prepared gelatin into the sour cream mixture, lightly process the dough with a blender, and then divide it in half. Pour cocoa powder in one part, well-washed and dried strawberries in the other.
  4. Now with a tablespoon we place the berry and chocolate dough in a silicone form, alternating both products. We lay out the compositions very carefully so that the colors of the layers are clearly separated from each other.

Sweet pastries have gained so many variations that their eyes run up from bright colors and culinary images. This cherry delicacy is already beckoning and seductively teasing with its delicious fruit irresistibility.

  • fresh cream - 220 g;
  • baking soda - 4 g;
  • cherry - 300 g;
  • sour cream (35% fat) - 650 g;
  • granulated sugar - 200 g;
  • vanillin;
  • juice from squeezed beets - ½ tsp.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Thoroughly rub the eggs and 100 g of sugar in a convenient bowl. Add flour, soda, 250 g of fat sour cream. Knead a slightly batter, breaking all the lumps.
  2. We cover the form with baking paper, treated with oil, place sour cream on it and send it for 50 minutes in the oven (180 ° C). Cool the finished cake a little, then divide it into the smallest pieces. It’s a pity, of course, to break such a rosy beauty, but it will be even better!
  3. Now we proceed to the design of sour cream for the cake. To do this, combine the remaining sour cream, juice of grated and squeezed beets, sugar and vanilla. Thoroughly mix the light pink composition.
  4. We cover the detachable form with foil or paper, place half of the crumbled cake, scatter pitted cherries (fresh or frozen) on it.
  5. Next, we place a layer of half sour cream, then the remaining pieces of cake. We complete our culinary composition with a thick cream layer. Part of the lush mass is planted in the form of meringues, decorating the dish with elegant “curls”.

Pancake Cake with Sour Cream

By the name of the recipe it is already clear that now we will create a sour cream baking cream with a real Russian accent.

Grocery list:

  • vanillin;
  • filtered water - 200 ml;
  • lean oil;
  • whole milk - 1 liter;
  • granulated sugar - 250 g;
  • eggs - 6 pcs.;
  • homemade sour cream - 250 g;
  • baking soda - 5 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour ½ liter of milk into the bowl, introduce the eggs, add a spoonful of sugar, beat the mixture with a mixer. Gradually add pre-sifted flour. After 2 minutes, attach boiled drinking water, mix everything again using a home appliance.
  2. Now pour soda. To make pancakes thin and airy, we use exclusively fresh product. Proven in practice!
  3. Pour into the cooked mass 100 ml of odorless lean oil, mix the ingredients of the dish with a spoon. Let the dough stand for half an hour, then bake thin pancakes in a pan with a delicate golden color.
  4. Mix the remaining sour cream with white sugar and vanilla, beat the products well. The cream should be as thick as possible, not spread on the cake. To do this, we stand it for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  5. It remains to collect the cooled products in a neat pile and process each circle with lush cream.

With condensed milk

There is no need to talk about the benefits of baking, if among the ingredients of the dish "favorite" sweetness "flaunts". This is a priori delicious!

The list of components:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 240 g;
  • soda - 9 g;
  • cocoa powder - 35 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • can of condensed milk;
  • table vinegar - 10 ml.

For glaze you must have:

  • cocoa, icing sugar, slightly heated water - 3 tsp;
  • butter - 80 g.

Sour cream is prepared in the usual way. Carefully beat 700 g of homemade fermented milk product and 150 g of sugar. We get impregnation for cakes by mixing 20 ml of filtered water and 30 ml of cognac.

Step by step preparation of the cake:

  1. We combine the softened butter and eggs, beat the products with a mixer. Open the can of condensed milk, add the contents of the container to the rest of the composition. Next, add slaked soda vinegar and pour in portions of pre-sifted flour.
  2. We process the mass with a kitchen appliance until a thick dough, similar to homemade sour cream, is formed.
  3. We divide the product into two parts, one of which is mixed with cocoa powder. We spread both compositions in different forms, treated with oil, sent for 20 minutes to the oven, heated to t 180 ° C.
  4. Cut the finished cakes into halves, carefully soak in cognac sauce, grease thickly with sour cream, including the sides of the product. From the processed cakes we form a cake.

We mix the glaze ingredients, apply a warm mixture to the top of the cake and send it for 10 hours to the refrigerator to soak in the acquired flavors.

Quick recipe in the pan

If the recipe begins with the word “quick”, this does not mean the possibility of neglect of the presented food. On the contrary - it is simply magnificent!

Necessary components:

  • granulated sugar - 140 g;
  • butter - 40 g;
  • homemade sour cream - 210 g;
  • soda - 9 g;
  • flour (preferably wheat) - 370 g;
  • salt - 3 g;
  • a bag of vanillin.

To obtain sour cream, we combine 170 g of ordinary sugar, 600 g of certainly home-made fermented milk product, the desired amount of vanillin. Beat the composition thoroughly.

Cooking a cake:

  1. Put the softened butter and sugar in the bowl, grind the products, then add salt, soda and sour cream. Mix the resulting mass, sift the flour in portions, knead a homogeneous dough.
  2. We divide the product into 8 parts, roll out layers up to 3 mm thick, cut off uneven edges with a lid from the pan. Bake the baking to a ruddy color in a non-stick pan.
  3. Lubricate each cake with a plentiful layer of cream, form a cake out of fragrant muffin.Leave it for 50 minutes in the refrigerator for final impregnation.

We spend no more than an hour on preparing delicious pastries.
