The secrets of cooking spicy aromatic meat are available to the cook of any level, and the components of the proposed recipes are simple and affordable. The basis of all recipes we made pork meat and soy sauce. Pork in soy sauce is extremely tasty, especially if you pickle it for 1-2 hours before baking.

Oven-baked pork in soy sauce

A sleeve (package) for baking is a great helper in the kitchen: it can be cooked without oil, keeping the kitchen clean. Meat fat is mixed with soy sauce, and it will be very tasty and natural.

All you need:

  • pork neck or shoulder blade - 400 g;
  • spicy or classic soy sauce - 50 ml;
  • hot ground pepper - 5 g;
  • 2 onions.

While the oven is warming up, we prepare the products:

  1. We cut the meat into cubes, onions into rings. We lay them in the sleeve. Close the sleeve on one side.
  2. Pour in soy sauce, pour pepper, close the sleeve on the second side. Shake the bag vigorously so that the contents are evenly distributed.
  3. Put the bag on a baking sheet, put in the oven, temperature - 180 ° С. After 15 minutes, use a fork or a toothpick to pierce the bag in several places, and cook for another 10 minutes.

How to fry meat in a pan

Follow these instructions to get a juicy, flavorful meat with a beautiful crust.

You will need:

  • pork, lumbar - half a kilo;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 50 ml of classic soy sauce;
  • half tea. l ground pepper;
  • half tea. l dried garlic;
  • cooking oil.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Dissolve soy sauce in water (or just salt, but then you need to add another half a glass of sugar).Cut the meat into large flat pieces, pour water. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. If there is a lot of meat, then you can keep it longer, but not more than 8 hours.
  2. Heat the pan, pour oil, pour pepper and garlic into the pan.
  3. Blot the meat with paper towels to get rid of excess water and salt. Put in a pan.
  4. Fry quickly over high heat on both sides, then cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

On a note. It is important to spread the meat not on a cold, but on a preheated pan: the piece should be quickly “sealed” with a crust so that the meat remains soft inside.

Cooking in a slow cooker

You can vary this recipe by adding spices.

The basic list of ingredients is short:

  • pork tenderloin - 400 g;
  • natural fermented soy sauce - 4 tablespoons. l .;
  • any butter - 100 g;
  • water (to create steam) - 500 ml;
  • spices - at its discretion.

You will also need foil and the top container of the multicooker for cooking steamed dishes.

How to cook in a slow cooker:

  1. Pour water into the bowl, install the container.
  2. We cut the meat in portions. Pour soy sauce at the bottom of the dishes, spread the meat, let it salt for 15 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle meat with spices, wrap in foil. Close the foil carefully so that the grease does not leak. In each “envelope” we add a square of butter: such a trick will prevent the meat from drying out.
  4. We move the blanks into the liner. We cook for a couple, focusing on the recommendations of the multicooker, on average it is half an hour.

Pork in honey and soy sauce

We will pour pork marinade in the process of stewing, so that the meat turns out with a piquant sweet flavor.

For the marinade you will need:

  • 2 table. l.meda;
  • juice of half an orange freshly squeezed;
  • 50 ml of spicy soy sauce (or Teriyaki sauce);
  • 100 ml of hot water;
  • 1 teaspoon of spices: nutmeg, smoked paprika;
  • some oil to grease the pan.

Getting ready is quick and easy:

  1. Dice the pork.
  2. We are preparing to refuel: we are heating water (we need hot, but not boiling). Squeeze the juice of citrus fruit, add honey, spices, soy sauce to it.
  3. Add hot water, mix. Thanks to it, honey dissolves, the gravy becomes uniform, and the aromas of the ingredients are activated.
  4. We heat the pan, oiled. Fry the meat in a pan for 2-3 minutes, over high heat.
  5. Reduce the heat to a minimum, pour half the dressing, close the lid, simmer for 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, the meat will give up excess fat - it needs to be drained.
  6. Then add the second half of the dressing, simmer another 10 minutes. Re-added fresh, not diluted with fat marinade makes the taste brighter.

Recipe with vegetables

From a small amount of meat, you can get hot for several people due to the fact that vegetables increase the total volume.

Let's look at the basic list of components:

  • sweet tomatoes (Cherry, for example) - 3 pcs.;
  • two onions;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • yellow and red pepper - 1 pc. (the same, but multi-colored can decorate the dish);
  • greens (dill, basil, parsley) - dried or fresh, to taste;
  • ground pepper - 5 g;
  • classic soy sauce - 1 table. l .;
  • refined sunflower oil - 4 tables. l .;
  • pork (choose parts with less fat but not completely fat free) - 300 g.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Peel tomatoes (from its thinnest part, top film). Dice the onion finely enough. Carrots can be cut in a grinder, but for the beauty of the dish it is better to do this with a knife manually, with thin strips.
  2. We clear the pepper from seeds and partitions, we also cut into strips. Manually tear into small pieces of basil leaf.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, spread all the prepared vegetables and basil, cover with a lid, keep on low heat
  4. While the vegetables are fried and give their juice, we cut the pork into strips of about 2 by 5 cm. Put the meat in vegetables, pepper, pour the soy sauce, add heat and fry for 5-7 minutes.We don’t close the lid, constantly stir the dish so that the vegetables do not burn, and the meat is fried evenly.

Usually it is advised to let the meat "rest" a few minutes before serving, but this dish is better to eat immediately, since the cooled vegetables lose their taste.

In sweet and sour sauce with ginger

You can buy such a pork marinade in a store, but it’s more interesting to cook it yourself.

The products are pretty simple:

  • pork with fat - half a kilo;
  • sunflower oil for greasing the pan;
  • apple cider vinegar - 20 ml;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • tomato paste - 50 ml;
  • spicy or classic soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • in the form of ground spices: garlic, pepper, ginger - 1 teaspoon each. l .;
  • water - 20 ml.

The cooking process is as follows:

  1. We cut pork in the form of steaks, that is, large flat pieces 3 cm thick. Fry in a preheated pan - first 1 minute on high heat without a lid, then another 5 minutes on low heat under a lid. After which we turn off the fire, but do not open the lid: the meat should “reach”.
  2. Preparing dressing: combine water, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, pepper. Heat in a water bath.
  3. We lay the steaks on plates, each one watered with dressing.

Pork in soy sauce with honey and mustard

An interesting spicy sweet sauce will add variety to the dinner.

Prepare these products:

  • undiluted Kikkoman sauce - 4 tables. l .;
  • flower honey (light yellow) - 1 table. l .;
  • mustard (liquid, not powder) - 1 tea. l .;
  • bulb;
  • pork fillet - 500 g;
  • oil, fat or cooking spray for frying.

Sequencing:

  1. Cut the fillet into small cubes. Onions - thin (5 mm) half rings.
  2. We heat the pan, pour the oil, put the meat, onions, and fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Mix periodically for even processing.
