  • pork with fat - 800 g;
  • onions - 3 pcs.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • olive oil - 20 g;
  • a mixture of coriander, thyme and paprika;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. We cut the meat into cubes.
  2. We cut onions in large half rings.
  3. We mix meat with seasonings, finely chopped garlic, salt. Cover the pork with cling film and marinate for an hour in the refrigerator.

Ingredients Composition:

  • pork pulp - 650 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 20 g;
  • soy sauce - 20 ml;
  • rast. cooking oil.

Cooking method:

  1. Free the meat from fat, divide into portions and soak in soy sauce for half an hour.
  2. We transfer the pork to a hot pan and fry it for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then sprinkle the slices with vegetables - grated carrots and finely chopped onions.
  4. 5-10 minutes before the end of the process add some water and tomato paste. Cover the meat with a lid and simmer until tender.

We serve pork with any friable side dish: rice, buckwheat, etc.

With the addition of tomatoes

If you cook pork in the summer, when there is a variety of vegetables, you can replace the tomato paste with fresh tomatoes. So, pork fried in slices with onions will get sweet and sour notes and will become more piquant.

  1. Mix the flour with salt and seasonings, roll pieces of chopped and dried pork in it.

  3. Add onion rings to the pork, fry the dish for another 5 minutes, until the vegetable becomes transparent.
  4. Squeeze the garlic cloves into the pan, add the tomato paste. So that the meat does not lose moisture, pour water into the pan so that it slightly covers it. Stew the dish for another quarter of an hour.
  5. While the meat is saturated with tomato sauce, prepare the tomatoes. Pour the fruits with boiling water for a minute, then transfer to a bowl of ice water (ice) for 15 seconds. This method will allow you to quickly peel them from the skin.

  2. We cut the pork in large cubes and fry in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. The fire must be strong.
  3. Next, put the vegetables and simmer the contents for another 15 minutes.
  4. While the dish is preparing, we will make gravy. In a separate plate, mix tomato paste and cream, introduce seasonings and salt. If necessary, dilute the contents with a small amount of water.
